| 520 | |a سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور بعض القوى في تشكيل القرار السياسي في الفترة السفيانية من العصر الأموي، وركزت على بيان دور إحدى الفئات (ولاة العهد والأمراء الأمويين) باعتبارها ذات الأثر الأكبر في صنع القرار السياسي في العصر الأموي كونها الأقرب إلى الخليفة والملازمة له بحكم القرابة والأحقية. اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي القائم على جمع الروايات التاريخية وتحليلها من أجل التوصل إلى نتائج الدراسة. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان أبرزها: أن سلطة الخليفة الأموي في اتخاذ القرارات كانت محكومة نسبيا بعدة عوامل وقوى مؤثرة؛ أي أنها لم تكن مطلقة إطلاقا تاما كما يبدو لكثير من الناس، إضافة إلى تفاوت نسب: تأثير تلك القوى في صنع القرار السياسي الأموي تبعا للظروف والأحداث ومستجدات التطورات السياسية، مع وجود كثير من التداخل والتشابك في تأثير كل من ولاة العهد والأمراء وذلك على اعتبار أن كل ولاة العهد هم بالأساس أمراء أمويين. توصي الباحثة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المقارنة للبحث عن العوامل والمؤثرات في صنع القرار السياسي في العصر الأموي، بالمقارنة مع محركات صنع القرار في العصر العباسي، والتبحر في البحث عن دور الأمراء وولاة العهد العباسيين ومقارنتهم بنظراتهم الأمويين في علاقتهم بقصر الخلافة. |b This study aimed to reveal the role of some forces in shaping the political decision in the Sufiyan period of the Umayyad era, and focused on clarifying the role of one of the groups (the crown princes and the Umayyad princes). As for the problem of this study, it was represented in the fact that the authority of the Umayyad caliph is in fact governed by many factors, influences and conditions that the caliph must take into account in one way or another when exercising his direct and indirect powers . Therefore, the authority of the Umayyad caliph can be described as relatively absolute due to the influence of many internal and external forces and factors. Given the importance of these forces and their effective role in making and shaping the political decision in the Umayyad state, this study came to answer the following question: What is the role of the crown princes and Umayyad princes in shaping the political decision in the Umayyad era? In this study, the researcher relied on the historical, descriptive, and analytical method, which is based on collecting and analyzing the historical narratives to reach the results of the study. The study concluded a number of results, most notably: the authority of the Umayyad caliph in decision-making was relatively governed by several influential factors and forces, with a lot of overlap in the influence of the crown princes and princes. The crown princes are mainly Umayyad princes. The researcher recommends conducting more comparative studies to search for the factors and influences in political decision-making in the Umayyad era, in comparison with those in the Abbasid era. | ||
