المستخلص:	البحث يقدم دراسة عن البناء الدلالي الثقافي لمفردة القلب، هذه الدراسة تنظر في مختلف الاستعمالات المجازية للقلب في الأدب والدين والفلسفة والعلم الحديث إذ إن القلب الذي يشغل مكان مركزي في جسم الإنسان فإنه يعطي دلالات ومعاني متنوعة في مختلف المجالات الثقافية. إننا نجد عدة أبعاد رمزية وثقافية واستعارية وأخلاقية ومعنوية لمفردة القلب. فهو العضو الذي يرمز للحياة ويعد نقطة اتصال بين الروح والجسد. The research presents a study about the semantic and cultural structure of the term ''heart''. This study concerns with the various metaphorical uses of the expression heart in literary Works, religion, philosophy and in the new science since the heart occupies a central part in the human body which is reflected in various meanings for the term ‘’ heart’’. There are many symbolic. Cultural, metaphorical, moral and spiritual, dimensions for the word heart; it is the organ that symbolizes life and it is a linking point between the soul and the body. Therefore, this study reviews a historical and symbolic study for the term heart in different literary, philosophical and religious works. La recherche présente une étude de la structure sémantique et culturelle du lexème du coeur. Cette étude examine les différents emplois figurés du coeur en littérature, en religion, en philosophie, et en science moderne. Cet organe qui occupe une place centrale dans le corps de l’homme, il entretient à une diversité des significations. Nous pouvons trouver de nombreuses dimensions symboliques, culturelles, métaphoriques, morales et spirituelles du coeur. Cet organe est un signe de la vie et un point de contact entre l’âme et le corps.
