| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى حصر المرتكزات الفكرية للجودة الشاملة في التعليم الجامعي من خلال السعي وراء الحاجة إلى تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة من خلال دراسة اتجاهات الطلبة ورأيهم في هذه المبادئ والمرتكزات المقترحة ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتطبيق استمارة استبيان على عينة مكونة من (50) طالب من جامعة المسيلة وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا، أظهرت النتائج في الترتيب الأول وجود تهيئة للمناخ التعليمي والتنظيمي بالجامعة كما يوجد تناسب للبرامج والمناهج بأهداف الجامعة وسوق العمل كما يتم تقويم مدى التحقيق المستمر لأهداف الأداء التدريسي للتعليم الجامعي مع حصر بعض المعوقات التي تحد من تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة بجامعة المسيلة حيث دعمت هذه النتائج باستعراض بعض التوصيات.. This research paper aims to limit the intellectual foundations of comprehensive quality in university education by seeking the need to apply total quality management by studying students' attitudes and their opinion on these proposed principles and foundations To achieve these goals an analytical descriptive approach was used and a questionnaire form was applied to A sample of (50) students from?-Msila University and after collecting data and analyzing it statistically, the results showed in the first order that there is a preparation for the educational and organizational climate in the university as there is a fit for programs and curricula with the goals of the university and the labor market as the extent of the investigation is evaluated Pass to the goals of teaching performance of university education with the inventory of some of the constraints that limit the application of total quality gas at the University where he supported these findings to review some of the recommendations and principles of the proposals. Ce document de recherche vise à limiter les fondements intellectuels de la qualité globale dans l'enseignement universitaire en recherchant la nécessité d'appliquer la gestion de la qualité totale en étudiant les attitudes des étudiants et leur opinion sur ces principes et fondements proposés. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, une approche descriptive analytique a été utilisée et un formulaire de questionnaire a été appliqué à un échantillon de (50) étudiants de l'Université de -Msila et après avoir collecté des données et les avoir analysées statistiquement, les résultats ont montré dans le premier ordre qu'il existe une préparation pour le climat éducatif et organisationnel de l'université car les programmes et les programmes sont adaptés aux objectifs de l'université et du marché du travail à mesure que l'étendue de l'enquête est évaluée Passer aux objectifs de performance pédagogique de l'enseignement universitaire avec l'inventaire de certains des contraintes qui limitent l'application du gaz de qualité totale à l'Université où il a appuyé ces conclusions pour revoir certaines des recommandations et des principes des propositions |
