| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطوير ممارسات الوصف الأرشيفي المطبقة حاليا ومخرجاتها المتمثلة في وسائل الإيجاد؛ من أجل تأسيس تحكم فكري وإداري في أرشيفات الكليات النظرية بجامعة القاهرة بوصفها أرشيفات أكاديمية تنتمي إلى أرشيفات مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وتتميز عن غيرها من الأرشيفات بمقتنياتها التي تعد كنوزا. وما يضمن هذا التحكم هو توافر المعلومات الأساسية عن مقتنيات أرشيفات هذه المؤسسات وعن محتوياتها ومضمونها. بحيث توفر وسائل الإيجاد الناتجة عن تطوير ممارسات الوصف الملخص الأكثر وضوحا عن هذه المقتنيات، وتمثل في الوقت نفسه مرشدا لا غنى عنه من أجل الوصول إلى المتكاملات الأرشيفية وأجزائها الموجودة في أرشيفات هذه المؤسسات والاستفادة منها من ناحية، وبسط السيطرة الفكرية والإدارية على مقتنياتها من ناحية أخرى. وقد تم تناول أرشيفات ثلاث كليات نظرية بجامعة القاهرة كعينة لأرشيفات الكليات النظرية من أجل: ١- وضع تصور يتضمن تعديل ممارسات الوصف الأرشيفي المطبقة حاليا على مقتنيات أرشيفات الكليات النظرية بجامعة القاهرة وتطويرها. ٢- وضع تصور لتطبيق هذه الممارسات المطورة على مقتنيات أرشيفات الكليات النظرية بجامعة القاهرة، من خلال نظام وسائل إيجاد مقترح، بوصفه نموذجا قابلا للتطبيق يمكن أن ينسحب على أرشيفات مؤسسات التعليم العالي الأخرى في مصر. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ودراسة الحالة، واستخدام أدوات البحث المناسبة، مثل: الملاحظة والمقابلة المقننة؛ لوصف وتحليل ممارسات الوصف الأرشيفي الحالية، المطبقة على مقتنيات أرشيفات الكليات عينة البحث، ونظام وسائل الإيجاد المتاح بها بوصفه أهم مخرجات هذه الممارسات، وكذلك وصف وتحليل سلاسل وثائق وسجلات أرشيفات هذه الكليات؛ من أجل استنباط ووضع تصور لتعديل ممارسات الوصف الأرشيفي المطبقة عليها وتطويرها، ومن ثم اقتراح نظام وسائل إيجاد مناسب وفاعل. This study aims to highlight the importance of developing the currently applied archival description practices, in order to establish intellectual and administrative control over the theoretical faculties’ archives at Cairo University, as academic archives belong to the archives of higher educational institutions. What ensures this control is the availability of basic information about these institutions’ archival groups and their contents. The finding aids resulting from this development will provide the most obvious summary of these holdings. They represent an indispensable guide for accessing archival groups on one hand and imposing intellectual and administrative control over these holdings on the other. Archives of three theoretical faculties were taken as samples of the theoretical faculties’ archives at Cairo University, in order to: -Develop a vision of modifying and developing the archival description practices applied to the theoretical faculties’ archival holdings. -Develop a vision for applying these developed practices to the archival holdings of these faculties, through a proposed finding aids system, as a viable model that can be applied to other higher educational institutions archives. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method and case study within, and appropriate research tools: observation and structured interview, to describe and analyze the current archival description practices, applied to these faculties archival holdings, and the finding aids system therein, as well as describe and analyze the documents series of their archives, in order to elicit, conceptualize the modification and development of archival description practices applied, and to propose an appropriate and effective finding aids system. |
