| المستخلص: | تناول البحث موضوع الاستهداف الجغرافي للأسواق المستوردة للأسمدة الأزوتية المصرية، وبدأ البحث بمقدمة أكد فيها الباحث على إبراز دور قطاع التصدير بالنسبة للاقتصاد المصري، كما أوضح أهمية صادرات مصر من الأسمدة الأزوتية، كأحد المكونات المهمة لهيكل الصادرات المصرية، وجاء البحث في خمسة محاور، تتبع المحور الأول منها تطور الصادرات المصرية من الأسمدة الأزوتية، وفقا للكمية بالطن والقيمة بالمليون دولار أمريكي خلال الفترة الزمنية (٢٠٠١م- ٢٠٢٠م)، وأوضح المحور الثاني التوزيع الجغرافي لأسواق الصادرات المصرية من الأسمدة الأزوتية لعام 2020م، وفي المحور الثالث قدم الباحث تحليلاً لتنافسية الأسواق المستوردة للأسمدة الأزوتية المصرية لعام 2020م، وصمم الباحث من خلال المحور الرابع مصفوفة لقياس القدرة التنافسية للسوق المصرية في مجال تصدير الأسمدة الأزوتية، داخل أسواقها المستهدفة، وتناول المحور الخامس دراسة لعينة من الشركات المصدرة للأسمدة الأزوتية للتعرف على أهم مشكلاتها، ومعوقاتها التصديرية، وانتهى البحث إلى عدد من النتائج، كان في مقدمتها أن الخطط التصديرية المصرية تحتاج إلى إعادة نظر، حيث تتسم الصادرات المصرية بتذبذبها وتركزها في أسواق معينة مما يعرضها لمخاطر التصدير، وكان من أهم توصيات البحث ضرورة استهداف الأسواق المستوردة للأسمدة الأزوتية وفقا لخطط تصديرية مبنية على أسس منهجية. The research dealt with geographical targeting of the importing markets for Egyptian nitrogen fertilizers, and the research started with an introduction in which the researcher emphasized the role of the export sector in relation to the Egyptian economy, he also illustrated the importance of Egypt's exports of nitrogenous fertilizers, as one of the important components of the structure of Egyptian exports. The research includes five main aspects. The first aspect followed the development of Egyptian exports of nitrogenous fertilizers according to the value and quantity in million US dollars during the period (2001 AD- 2020 AD). The second aspect clarified the geographical distribution of the Egyptian export markets of nitrogenous fertilizers for the year 2020. In the third aspect, the researcher presented an analysis of the competitiveness of the imported markets for Egyptian nitrogen fertilizers for the year 2020 AD. Through the fourth axis, the researcher designed a matrix to measure the competitiveness of the Egyptian market in the field of exporting nitrogenous fertilizers, within its target markets. The fifth axis dealt with a study of a sample of companies exporting nitrogenous fertilizers to identify their most important problems and export obstacles. The research concludes to a set of results, in the forefront of which was the need to reconsider the Egyptian export plans, as Egyptian exports are characterized by their fluctuation and concentration in certain markets, which exposes them to export risks. One of the most important research recommendations was the necessity of targeting the importing markets for nitrogenous fertilizers according to export plans based on methodological grounds. |
