| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تحديد العلاقة بين درجات معلمات الروضة على مقياس رأس المال النفسي ودرجاتهن على مقياس قلق المستقبل، وتحديد العلاقة بين درجات معلمات الروضة على مقياس قوة الأنا ودرجاتهن على مقياس قلق المستقبل، وتحديد مدى إمكانية التنبؤ بقلق المستقبل بمعلومية الدرجة على مقياس رأس المال النفسي، ومقياس قوة الأنا لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء جائحة كورونا، وأعدت الباحثة المقاييس الخاصة برأس المال النفسي وقوة الأنا وقلق المستقبل لمعلمات الروضة، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التنبؤى لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من (120) معلمة روضة، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة قوية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين درجات معلمات رياض الأطفال على مقياس رأس المال النفسي ككل ودرجاتهن ككل على مقياس قلق المستقبل حيث بلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون (-0.982)، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة قوية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين درجات معلمات رياض الأطفال على مقياس قوة الأنا ككل ودرجاتهن ككل على مقياس قلق المستقبل حيث بلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون (-0.985)، كما يمكن التنبؤ بقلق المستقبل من خلال الدرجة على مقياس رأس المال النفسي، ومقياس قوة الأنا من خلال معادلة الانحدار التالية: قلق المستقبل =- 0.288 (رأس المال النفسي) + (-0.532) (قوة الأنا) + 148.104. The research aimed at determining the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ grades on the psychological capital scale, and their grades on the future anxiety scale. The research also aimed at determining the relationship between kindergarten teachers’ grades on the ego strength scale and their grades on the future anxiety scale. In addition to determining how far it is possible to predict future anxiety through knowing kindergarten teachers’ grades on psychological capital scale, and the ego strength scale in the light of Corona pandemic consequences. The researcher prepared the scales of psychological capital, ego strength, and future anxiety, and used the predictive descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research sample consisted of (120) kindergarten teachers. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a strong inverse correlation statistically significant at the level of 0.01 between kindergarten teachers’ grades on the psychological capital scale as a whole, and their grades on the future anxiety scale as a whole, where the value of Pearson correlation coefficient was (-0.982). Additionally, there is a strong inverse correlation statistically significant at the level of 0.01 between kindergarten teachers’ grades on the ego strength scale as a whole, and their grades as a whole on the future anxiety scale as well, where the value of the Pearson correlation coefficient was (-.985). Moreover, future anxiety can also be predicted through the grades on the psychological capital scale and the ego strength scale using the following regression equation: “Future anxiety =-0.288 (Psychological Capital) + (-0.532) (Ego Power) + 148. 104”. |
