| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى آليات تعزيز ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة دمياط في ضوء رؤية مصر ۲۰۳۰، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (۷۰) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال (الملحقة بالمدارس الرسمية). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تدني الوعي المعرفي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة دمياط حول مفهوم المواطنة الرقمية نظريا وعمليا فيما يخص توظيف التقنيات التكنولوجية والاستخدام الواعي للحسابات الإلكترونية والتفاعل بحرص معها ومعرفه ما يترتب عنها من آثار نتيجة الاستخدام المتزايد لفترات طويلة. بالإضافة إلى أنه يوجد عدة معوقات التي تحول دون تعزيز ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال منها: تدني مهارات استخدام التكنولوجيا في الاتصال، وضعف الوعي التقني فيما يخص المعرفة بالحقوق والواجبات عند تطبيق التقنيات الإلكترونية واستمرار الشكل التقليدي للتعلم والاعتماد على الورق. وندرة الدورات التدريبية في استخدام المسار الصحيح للتكنولوجيا الرقمية. وافتقاد الكيفية بتوظيف التقنيات الإلكترونية في تحسين نتائج عملية التعلم بالروضة. وعن آليات تعزيز ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء رؤية مصر ۲۰۳۰ بمحافظة دمياط فهي: إقامة (الدورات التدريبية – الندوات) حول الرقمنة (كيفية الاستخدام) وعمل لقاءات ثقافية دورية منتظمة بأهمية المواطنة الرقمية. إكساب المعلمات مهارات التجارة والتسوق الإلكتروني. |b The study aimed to identify the mechanisms of promoting a culture of digital citizenship among kindergarten teachers in Damietta Governorate in the light of Egypt's vision 2030. The study used the descriptive analytical approach and the study sample consisted of (70) kindergarten teachers (attached to official schools). The results of the study concluded: The low knowledge of kindergarten teachers in Damietta governorate about the concept of digital citizenship in theory and practice with regard to the employment of technological techniques and the conscious use of electronic accounts and interaction with them carefully and knowledge of the consequences of the increased use for long periods. In addition, there are several obstacles that prevent the promotion of a culture of digital citizenship among kindergarten teachers, including: low skills of using technology in communication, weak technical awareness regarding knowledge of rights and duties when applying electronic technologies and the continuation of the traditional form of learning and dependence on paper. And the scarcity of training courses in the correct use of digital technology. And the lack of how to employ electronic technologies to improve the outcomes of the learning process in kindergarten. And about the mechanisms of promoting a culture of digital citizenship for kindergarten teachers in light of Egypt’s 2030 vision in Damietta Governorate, they are: Holding (training courses- seminars) on digitization (how to use) and holding regular periodic cultural meetings on the importance of digital citizenship. Providing teachers with e- commerce and shopping skills. | ||
