| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية وكل من المرونة النفسية واتخاذ القرار، وكذلك معرفة الفروق في الكفاءة الذاتية والمرونة النفسية واتخاذ القرار تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور/ إناث) لدي عينة من مديري المدارس، وتكونت العينة من (٨٥) مدير، منهم (٤٥) من الذكور، و(٤٠) من الإناث، من مديري المدارس بمحافظة الوادي الجديد، وأوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الكفاءة الذاتية والمرونة النفسية، وأيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الكفاءة الذاتية واتخاذ القرار، وأتضح وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في الكفاءة الذاتية لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق في المرونة النفسية لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مديري المدارس تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور/ أناث) في اتخاذ القرار، وأوضحت النتائج أيضا أن الكفاءة الذاتية تسهم وبشكل دال إحصائيا في التنبؤ بكل من المرونة النفسية واتخاذ القرار. |b The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and each of psychological flexibility and decision-making, as well as knowing the differences in self-efficacy, psychological flexibility and decision-making according to the gender variable (male/female) I have a sample of school Principals, and the sample consisted of (85) principals, including (45) males, and (40) females principals of schools in the New Valley Governorate. The results showed a statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and psychological resilience, and also a statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and decision-making, and it became clear that there are differences between males and females. In the self-efficacy in favor of males, and the presence of differences in psychological resilience in favor of males, and the absence of statistically significant differences between school principals according to the gender variable (male/ female) in decision-making, and the results also indicated that self-efficacy contributes in a statistically significant way to predict each of the flexibility psychological and decision-making | ||
