| 520 | |a أصبح التحول نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية يمثل توجها عالميا يشجع على تبني نظم الخدمات الإلكترونية وذلك لما لها من دور في تحسين الأداء وسرعة الإنجاز وفعالية التنفيذ، لذلك عمدت السلطات الجزائرية إلى تطبيق الخدمة العمومية الإلكترونية في مختلف المرافق العمومية لتلبية حاجات المواطنين ولمواكبة التقدم التكنولوجي والعلمي. وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في مختلف جوانب الإدارة الإلكترونية وأهم تطبيقاتها في الجزائر، مع إبراز مزاياها والوقوف على أهم العوائق والصعوبات التي تحد من فعاليتها في تقديم الخدمات العامة للجمهور على أحسن وجه. |b The shift towards electronic administration has become a global trend that encourages the adoption of electronic services systems , because of their role in improving performance, speed of delivery and effectiveness of implementation, Therefore the Algerian authorities have implemented the electronic public service in various public facilities in order to meet the needs of citizens and keep pace with technological and scientific progress. Accordingly, this study aims to research the various aspects of electronic administration and its most important applications in Algeria, highlighting its advantages and identifying the most important obstacles and difficulties that limit its effectiveness in providing public services to the public in the best way. |d Le virage vers la gestion électronique est devenu une tendance mondiale qui encourage l'adoption des systèmes de services électroniques, en raison de leur rôle dans l'amélioration des performances, la rapidité de livraison et l'efficacité de la mise en oeuvre.Ainsi, les autorités algériennes ont mis en place le service public électronique dans divers établissements publics. répondre aux besoins des citoyens et suivre le rythme des progrès technologiques et scientifiques. En conséquence, cette étude vise à rechercher les différents aspects de la gestion électronique et ses applications les plus importantes en Algérie, en soulignant ses avantages et en identifiant les obstacles et difficultés les plus importants qui limitent son efficacité à fournir au mieux les services publics au public. | ||
