| المستخلص: | تسهم الصناعات الإبداعية دور فعال في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية للمجتمعات، وتعتبر اسرع الصناعات نموا في العالم، وخيار إنمائي مستدام تعتمد على الإبداع البشري، وتقوم بتأمين الأرضية اللازمة للصناعات الكبرى والثقيلة، كما تلعب دورا مهما في خلق مؤسسات ناشئة صغيرة ومتوسطة، تعتمد على توفر رأسمال بشري مبدع قادر على التطوير والتحديث والابتكار، حيث يهدف هذا البحث تقصي لمفهوم اقتصاديات الصناعات الإبداعية، وبيان أهمية حمايتها خاصة بقواعد حقوق الملكية الفكرية، كونها تدفع بعجلة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، كمالها دور تكويني في إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة لأي دولة فالمورد الاقتصادي الرئيسي الآن ليس وسيلة الإنتاج، أو رأس المال، ولا الموارد الطبيعية ولا العمل فحسب؛ بل المعلومات والمعرفة.
