| المستخلص: | لقد ارتبط ظهور مفهوم التنمية المستدامة بتطور مسيرة الوعي لدى الدول بالمشاكل البيئية من استنزاف للموارد الطبيعية، التلوث البيئي، تغير المناخي...الخ، الذي أدى إلى ضرورة ملحة لإقامة نظام اقتصادي واجتماعي وسياسي يتبنى مفهوم الاستدامة كبديل عن النموذج الصناعي الرأسمالي وكأسلوب إصلاحي لأخطاء النماذج السابقة للتنمية بعلاقتها بالبيئة حفاظا على حياة الأجيال الحاضرة والمستقبلية. لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التنمية المستدامة من حيث أبعادها وأهدافها والمبادئ التي تقوم عليها وعرضها بشكل مبسط باعتبارها مطلب أساسي في الجزائر لتقليل الفجوة الاقتصادية والتقنية بالمقارنة مع الدول المتقدمة، معرفة مجمل التحديات التي تقف في وجه تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر إذ يعتبر التدهور البيئي بمختلف أشكاله أحد المعوقات الرئيسة التي تحول دون تحقيقها، معرفة واقع التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر وما هي السياسات المتبعة لتحقيق تنمية بيئية مستدامة من خلال تبيان مختلف المشاريع والإنجازات المحققة كمشروع الطاقات المتجددة وصرف النفايات لمعرفة آفاقها المستقبلية. The emergence of the concept of sustainable development is linked to the awareness of countries of environmental problems such as the depletion of natural resources, environmental pollution, climate change...etc., which has led to an urgent need to establish an economy, social and political system that embraces the concept of sustainability as an alternative to the capitalist industrial model and as a means of correcting the errors of previous models for development in its relationship to the environment in order to preserve life present and future generations. Therefore, this study aims to identify sustainable development in terms of its dimensions, objectives and principles on which it is based, and to present it in a simplified way as a basic requirement in Algeria to reduce the economic and technical gap with to developed countries., to know all the challenges that oppose the achievement of sustainable development in Algeria, while the degradation of the environment is considered in its various forms, one of the main obstacles that prevent it from being achieved is to know the reality of sustainable development in Algeria and what are the policies used to achieve sustainable environmental development by showing the different projects and achievements such as the renewable energy and waste disposal project to know its prospects for 'coming. |
