| 520 | |a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني في المدارس المتوسطة الحكومية في دولة الكويت بشكل عام مع التركيز على منطقة مبارك الكبير التعليمية بشكل خاص حيث أجريت عليها الدراسة الميدانية، من أجل معرفة أثر كل من متغيرات المؤهل العلمي، والجنس، والخبرة العملية في مجال العمل التربوي، والمسمى الوظيفي على متطلبات تطبيق الإشراف الإلكتروني في المدارس المتوسطة الحكومية في دولة الكويت، حيث استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والأسلوب الإحصائي من أجل تحقيق أهدافه البحثية والإجابة عن تساؤلاته العلمية، بالإضافة إلى توظيف الأسلوب الإحصائي في تحليل نتائج الإطار الميداني حيث طبق البحث استبانة على عينة بلغ عددها (١٦٠) فردا من المشرفين التربويين في المدارس المتوسطة الحكومية في منطقة مبارك الكبير التعليمية بدولة الكويت، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المتطلبات التشريعية ومتطلبات نشر التقنية وتقديم الدعم اللازم والمتطلبات المادية لتطبيق نظام الإشراف الإلكتروني تمثل مطلبا مهما وبدرجة كبيرة جدا، بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α=0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في المتطلبات التشريعية ولصالح الأفراد من حملة الماجستير والمؤهلات الأخرى، كما توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α=0.05) في استجابات أفراد عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة في المتطلبات المادية ولصالح الأفراد ممن يحملون المسمى الوظيفي لوظيفة مدير مساعد. |b The current research aims to identify the requirements for the application of electronic supervision in government middle schools in the State of Kuwait in general, with a focus on Mubarak Al-Kabeer educational area in particular where the field study was conducted, in order to know the impact of each of the variables of educational qualification, gender, and practical experience in the field Educational work and job title on the requirements for the application of electronic supervision in government middle schools in the State of Kuwait, where the research used the descriptive approach and the statistical method in order to achieve its research goals and answer its scientific questions, in addition to employing the statistical method in In analyzing the results of the field framework, the research applied a questionnaire to a sample of (160) individuals from educational supervisors in government intermediate schools in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational District in the State of Kuwait, and the study found that the legislative requirements and the requirements for spreading technology and providing the necessary support and material requirements to implement the supervision system The electronic represents an important requirement and a very large degree, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 = α) in the responses of the members of the research sample due to the variable of the academic qualification in the legislative requirements and for the benefit of individuals with a master's degree and other qualifications, as there are differences Statistically significant at the level (α = 0.05) in the responses of the research sample individuals due to the job variable in the material requirements and for the benefit of individuals who hold the job title of the position of assistant manager. | ||
