| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم الولاء والبراء وصلته بالإيمان من خلال دراسة تحليلية تطبيقية في سورة الممتحنة؛ فقد تناولت السورة حكم الولاء والبراء مع أصناف الكفار حربيهم وغير الحربي، وقد يكون من الصنفين ذوي قرابة، في تفصيل مهم، كما أن سبب نزول هذه السورة يرجع للموقف من هذين الصنفين من الكفار، وحكم من خالف مفهوم الولاء والبراء فصرف ظاهرا فعلا من أفعال الولاء للكافر المحارب، وحكم المودة والإحسان لغير المحارب، ثم موقف النبي (صل الله عليه وسلم) من الصحابي الذي أفشى سرا من أسرار المسلمين وجيشهم للكفار المحاربين، ومن فعله، وهذا الموقف أضاف ضوابط شرعيةً مهمة للحكم على الفعل والفاعل والفرق بينهما، وأن إغفال هذه الضوابط مع من له قدم راسخة في الإسلام قد يؤدي إلى خطأ في الحكم، وينزلق بصاحبه إلى تكفير مسلم، فالإسلام عقد ثبت بيقين فلا يزول إلا بيقين، واليقين يقتضي تحقق الشروط وانتفاء الموانع. كما أن هذه الأحكام المستنبطة من هذه الآيات لم تحمل أحكامًا مجردة بالنهي غير المبرر، بل كانت مشفوعة بمبرراتها التي تخاطب العقل والوجدان والفطرة السليمة، من خلال مناداة المخاطب من أصحاب الفضل والسبق بالإيمان وإن وقع منه هذا الخطأ الجلل، كما أن الآيات حملت توجيها مهما للتفريق بين المحارب وغير المحارب، وأن المسلم مطالب بالعدل والبر والقسط مع غير المحاربين. إن هذا التوازن الذي نزلت به آيات سورة الممتحنة يدل دلالة قاطعة على ربانية هذه الرسالة وجمعها بين المثالية والواقعية. It dealt with the rule of loyalty and righteousness with the varieties of their war infidels and non-war infidels And there may be two kinds of kinship, in an important detail, and the reason why this wall came down is because of the attitude of these two varieties of infidelity, Whoever disagreed with the concept of loyalty and innocence deflected an act of loyalty to the warrior infidel. and reign of affection and benevolence for the non-combatant, and then the attitude of the Prophet Prayer of Allah on Him to the Sahabi who secretly divulged from the secrets of Muslims and their army to the belligerent infidels And who did it, and this attitude added important legitimate controls to judge the act and the act and the difference between them. and that the omission of these controls with those with a firm foot in Islam may lead to an error of judgement, Islam is a contract proven with certainty, and certainty requires the fulfilment of conditions and the disappearance of obstacles Nor did these provisions derived from these verses carry abstract provisions of unjustified dry termination and was accompanied by its rationale, which addressed reason, conscience and common sense, By appealing to the addressees of the credit and the foregoing of the faith, and if he makes this big mistake, And the verses carried an important directive to differentiate between war-rior and non-warrior, and that Muslim demands justice, righteousness and premium with non-combatants. This balance in the verses of the Holy Koran shows a definite indication of the mastery of this message and its combination of idealism and realism. |
