| المستخلص: | الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور برامج ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية في خلق فرص عمل للشباب، تم تطبيق الدراسة على المؤسسة المصرية للتنمية المتكاملة (النداء) العاملة في ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية بمحافظة قنا، تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، اعتمد الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي، وذلك باستخدام طريقة المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع العاملين حيث بلغ عدد في برامج ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية (٤٠) مفردة، واستخدم طريقة المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للمستفيدين من برامج ريادة الأعمال بتلك المؤسسة وبلغ عددهم (۱۲۰) مفردة تم تطبيق الدراسة عليهم، وأشارت الدراسة إلى أن برامج ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية أداة فعالة في خلق فرص عمل لشباب فهي توفر فرص عمل للشباب وتساهم في تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة، وكذلك توفير الأمان الوظيفي للشباب وتعزيز الابتكار الوظيفي للشباب. وتعد مرحلة الشباب أفضل وأقوى المراحل في حياة الإنسان لتحمل المسؤوليات سواء كانت على الصعيد الشخصي أو على الصعيد الاجتماعي أو على أي صعيد آخر، في حين أن الإنسان في مرحلة الطفولة لا يمكن تحمل أية مسؤوليات صغيرة كانت أم كبيرة، كما أن الإنسان في مرحلة الشيخوخة لا يستطيع القيام بالمسؤوليات الكبيرة والمهمة نظرا لما يلازم مرحلة الشيخوخة في الغالب من علامات العجز والضعف والمرض، بيد أن الإنسان في مرحلة الشباب يكون هو الأقدر والأقوى على تحمل المسؤوليات الكبيرة والمهمة والخطرة. The study aims to identify the role of social entrepreneurship programs in creating job opportunities for young people. The study was applied to the Egyptian Foundation for Integrated Development (Al-Nida) working in social entrepreneurship in Qena Governorate. This study belongs to the type of descriptive and analytical studies. The researcher adopted the social survey approach This was done by using the comprehensive social survey method for all employees, where the number of social entrepreneurship programs reached (40) individuals, and the sample social survey method was used for the beneficiaries of the entrepreneurship programs in that institution, and their number reached (120) individuals. The study was applied to them, and the study indicated that the entrepreneurship programs Social business is an effective tool in creating job opportunities for young people, as it provides job opportunities for young people and contributes to the development of small projects, as well as providing job security for young people and promoting job innovation for young people. The youth stage is the best and strongest stage in a person's life to assume responsibilities, whether on a personal level, on a social level or on any other level, while a person in the childhood stage cannot bear any responsibilities, whether small or large, and a person in the stage of old age does not He can take on great and important responsibilities, given the signs of disability, weakness and disease that often accompany the aging stage. However, in the youth stage, a person is more capable and stronger to assume great, important and dangerous responsibilities. |
