| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة على مستقبل شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من الخبراء المصرية مكونة من 150 خبيرا من الإعلاميين والممارسين والمتخصصين، تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى حقل الدراسات المستقبلية كما يندرج هذا البحث تحت البحوث الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الإعلامي، وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية لرصد أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين آراء ذوي الخبرة ويجعل من استخدام المنهج المقارن ضرورة وأهمية، واستخدمت الدراسة أدوات أسولب دلفي والمقابلة المتعمقة، وقد حدد الباحث الإطار الزمني للدارسة خلال العقد القادم (2022- 2032)، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أن التطور التكنولوجي أحد اهم العوامل تأثيرا على مستقبل شبكات الاجتماعي فقد ساهم في زيادة حجم المعلومات المتاحة للمستخدمين مما يجعل هذه الشبكات تحطم الحواجز من خلال سرعتها التقنية الفائقة، أن التطورات التقنية لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي مستمرة وانها انتقلت من مرحلة التواصل أو التفاعل إلى بعد جديد وهو التعايش الافتراضي من خلالها، أن شبكات التواصل أصبحت خارج السيطرة مما تطرحه من قضايا متنوعة فقد ألزمت الحكومات بضرورة الرد على بعض الموضوعات التي تثار على تلك الشبكات، أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي توفر الفرصة لتنامي الاقتصاد الافتراضي. The study aimed to identify the factors affecting the future of social networks in Egypt, and the study was applied to a sample of Egyptian experts consisting of 150 media experts, practitioners, and specialists. This study belongs to the field of future studies, and this research, and the study relied on the media survey approach, and the methodological comparison method to monitor aspects of agreement and disagreement between the opinions of experienced people and makes the use of the comparative approach a necessity and importance, and the study used the tools of the Delphi method And the in-depth interview, and the researcher determined the time frame for the study during the next decade (2022-2032), and the results of the study indicated that technological development is one of the most important factors affecting the future of social networks, as it contributed to increasing the volume of information available to users, which makes these networks break barriers through their technical speed, that the technical developments of social networks are continuing and that they have moved from the stage of communication or contact In addition to a new dimension, which is virtual coexistence through it, that communication networks have become out of control due to the various issues they raise. Governments have been obligated to respond to some of the issues that are raised on these networks, that social networks provide an opportunity for the growth of the virtual economy. |
