| 520 | |a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى فاعلية الذات التكنولوجية لدى الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي، كذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات التكنولوجية وكل من مفهوم الذات المهني وقلق الكمبيوتر، التعرف على الفروق في فاعلية الذات التكنولوجية باختلاف النوع (ذكور – إناث)، عدد سنوات الخبرة (1-5، 6- 10، أكثر من 10 سنوات)، مكان المدرسة (ريف- مدينة)، المرحلة التعليمية (الثانوية – الإعدادية)، وأيضا التعرف على مدى إمكانية التنبؤ بفاعلية الذات التكنولوجية من خلال متغيري مفهوم الذات المهني وقلق الكمبيوتر، تكونت عينة البحث من (200) أخصائي نفسي مدرسي، طبق عليهم مقياس فاعلية الذات التكنولوجية ومفهوم الذات المهني وقلق الكمبيوتر(إعداد الباحثة)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى: وجود مستوى مرتفع من فاعلية الذات التكنولوجية لدى عينة البحث، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين فاعلية الذات التكنولوجية ومفهوم الذات المهني، كما وجدت علاقة سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين فاعلية الذات التكنولوجية وقلق الكمبيوتر، عدم وجود فروق في فاعلية الذات التكنولوجية (الدرجة الكلية) باختلاف النوع، عدد سنوات الخبرة، مكان المدرسة، المرحلة التعليمية، وأخيرا أشارت النتائج إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بفاعلية الذات التكنولوجية من خلال متغيري مفهوم الذات المهني وقلق الكمبيوتر. |b The aim of the current research is to identify the level of technological self efficacy of the school psychologist, as well as to identify the relationship between technological self-efficacy and both professional self-concept and computer anxiety, to identify the differences in technological self-efficacy according to gender (male - female), number of years of experience (1-5, 6-10, more than 10 years), the location of the school (rural-city), the educational stage (secondary- middle school), and also to identify the extent to which the effectiveness of the technological self- efficacy can be predicted through the variables of professional self-concept and computer anxiety. The research was conducted by (200) school psychologists, who were applied on the technological self-efficacy scale, professional self-concept and computer anxiety (prepared by the researcher), The results of the research concluded that there is a high level of technological self-efficacy among the research sample, and the results indicated that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship between technological self-efficacy and the professional self-concept. Technological self efficacy (total score) according to gender, number of years of experience, school location, educational stage, and finally the results indicated the predictability of technological self-efficacy through the variables of professional self-concept and computer anxiety. | ||
