| المستخلص: | يهدف إلى دراسة وعى المرأة بالمشاركة المجتمعية في العمل التطوعي وعلاقته بإدارة المسئوليات الحياتية، تفسير الاختلافات في كل من وعى المرأة بالعمل التطوعي المؤسسي في ضوء المشاركة المجتمعية بأبعاده (المعارف والمعلومات، الاتجاهات، الممارسات) وإدارة المسئوليات الحياتية بمحاوره المسئولية الشخصية، المسئولية الأسرية، المسئولية الاجتماعية، المسئولية السياسية، المسئولية الدينية والأخلاقية) وفقا لمحل إقامة الحالة الاجتماعية، عدد أفراد الأسرة، عمل الأم، نوع التطوع، وسيلة التطوع. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واشتملت عينة البحث على (150) امرأة سواء متطوعات فعلياً داخل المؤسسة أو متطوعات عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، والعينة تم اختيارها بطريقة غرضية عمدية حيث يشترط فيها أن يكون لديها مشاركة في الأعمال التطوعية عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أو الحضور الفعلي، كما تم التطبيق الفعلي بمحافظة المنوفية بجمعيتي (صناع الحياة، رسالة) ومستشفى 57357 بالقاهرة، وعبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي من خلال المواقع (خدمة النبراس صديق الكفيف، فريق أحلى شباب، مرکز آيات) اشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة للمرأة، استبيان وعى المرأة بالعمل التطوعي المؤسسي في ضوء المشاركة المجتمعية بأبعاده (المعارف والمعلومات، الاتجاهات، الممارسات)، استبيان المسئوليات الحياتية بمحاوره (المسئولية الشخصية، المسئولية الأسرية، المسئولية الاجتماعية، المسئولية السياسية، المسئولية الدينية والأخلاقية). وقد تم تفريغ البيانات وتصنيفها وتبويبها واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS 21 وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً عند 0.001 بين العمل التطوعي بأبعاده (المعارف والمعلومات، الاتجاهات، الممارسات) وإدارة المسئوليات الحياتية بمحاوره (المسئولية الشخصية، المسئولية الأسرية، المسئولية الاجتماعية، المسئولية السياسية، المسئولية الدينية والأخلاقية)، وأن أكثر المتغيرات المستقلة تأثيرا على إدارة المسئوليات الحياتية بُعد الممارسات حيث احتل المرتبة الأولى، يليه بُعد الاتجاهات، يليه بُعد المعارف والمعلومات. ومن أهم التوصيات تقديم برنامج إرشادي مقترح لتنمية وعي المرأة بأهمية بالعمل التطوعي للفرد والمجتمع كمدخل للمشاركة المجتمعية ووصولا للتنمية المستدامة. It aims to study women’s awareness of community participation in volunteer work and its relationship to managing life responsibilities, explaining the differences in each of women’s awareness of institutional volunteer work in the light of community participation in its dimensions (knowledge, information, trends, practices) and managing life responsibilities in its axes of personal responsibility, family responsibility, social responsibility (political responsibility, religious and moral responsibility) according to place of residence, marital status, number of family members, mother’s work, type of volunteering, method of volunteering. The actual application was also carried out in Menoufia Governorate in the two associations (Life Makers, Resala) and 57357 Hospital in Cairo, and through social networks through websites (Al-Nibras Friend of the Blind Service, Ahla Shabab Team, Ayat Center). Thus, the descriptive analytical approach The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the research sample included (150) women, whether actual volunteers within the institution or volunteers through social networks, and the sample was chosen in a purposeful, intentional way, where it is required that they have participation in voluntary work through social networks or actual attendance.. The research tools included a general data form for women, a questionnaire about women’s awareness of institutional volunteer work in the light of community participation in its dimensions (knowledge, information, trends, practices), a questionnaire about life responsibilities in a dialogue (personal responsibility, family responsibility, social responsibility, political responsibility, religious and moral responsibility). . The data has been unloaded, classified and tabulated and appropriate statistical methods were used through the statistical program SPSS 21 The results of resulted in a positive, statistically significant correlation at 0.001 between volunteer work in its dimensions (knowledge, information, trends, practices) and the management of life responsibilities in a discussion (personal responsibility, family responsibility, social responsibility, political responsibility, religious and moral responsibility), and that the most influential independent variables On managing life responsibilities, the dimension of practices ranked first, followed by the dimension of trends, followed by the dimension of knowledge and information.. One of the most important recommendations is to provide a suggested indicative program for university institutions to develop women's awareness of the importance of voluntary work for the individual and society as an entry point for community participation in order to reach sustainable development. |
