| المستخلص: | In this contribution which is part of a work within the framework of a doctoral thesis, we study the inscriptions and even the role of the axiological and appreciative modalities in the argumentative discourse of the Algerian written press, this is why We adopt a semantic-pragmatic approach to modality. The objective of our analysis, which is intended to be qualitative and not quantitative, is to question this decisive role of the different modal values linked to these two modal domains. To tell the truth, the impact of these modalities rests on the linguistic fragment in which they are marked. Therefore, to do this, we have a corpus made up of articles, published after the announcement of the candidacy of Abdelaziz Bouteflika and dealing with the demonstrations against such a project. Dans cette contribution qui fait partie d’un travail s’inscrivant dans le cadre d’une thèse de doctorat, nous étudions les inscriptions voire le rôle des modalités axiologiques et appréciatives dans le discours argumentatif de la presse écrite algérienne, c’est pourquoi Nous adopterons une approche sémantico-pragmatique de la modalité. L’objectif de notre analyse, qui se veut qualitative et non quantitative, est d’interroger ce rôle décisif des différentes valeurs modales liées à ces deux domaines modaux. A vrai dire, l’impact de ces modalités repose sur le fragment linguistique où elles se trouvent marquées. Par conséquent, pour ce faire, nous avons un corpus constitué d’articles, publiés après l’annonce de la candidature de Abdelaziz Bouteflika et traitant des manifestations contre un tel projet. |
