| المستخلص: | إن طموح بعض الأفراد اللامتناهي إلى إحداث القطيعة ما بين المرحلة التي هم فيها والمرحلة التي يريدونها وصبوهم إلى المكانة الاجتماعية المرموقة يجعلنا، نتساءل عن أسباب انتشار آفة التزوير لاسيما تزوير النقود التي تهدد القيم الأساسية للمجتمعات وإضعاف الثقة في مؤسسات الدولة وسلطاتها، كما أن خطرها ينعكس على الاقتصاد الوطني، فحركة رؤوس الأموال وتداولها من خلال ذلك يرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بتنظيمات إجرامية مهيكلة ومعقدة ذات انتشار عالمي يغذيه كل أنواع الجرائم، وهذه الجماعة المنظمة يكون لكل منهم تقاسم أدوارها بدءا من عمليات إنشاء أو تصنيع الأدوات المستعملة للتزوير إلى المواد الداخلة مرورا بترويجها وطرحها في الأسواق. The endless aspiration of some individuals to bring about a rift between the stage they are in and the stage they want and lead them to a prestigious social position makes us wonder about the reasons for the spread of the scourge of counterfeiting, especially the counterfeiting of money that threatens the basic values of societies and weakens confidence in state institutions and its authorities, and its danger is reflected On the national economy, the movement of capital and its circulation through it is closely linked to structured and complex criminal organizations with a global spread fueled by all kinds of crimes, and this organized group has each of them sharing their roles starting from the operations of creating or manufacturing the tools used for counterfeiting to the materials entering through their promotion and offering in markets. |
