| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا المقال إلى مراجعة تاريخ القبائل المتحالفة مع الإسبان، في مدينة وهران والمرسى الكبير، نشأتها وتكوينها كمنظمة اجتماعية- سياسية. بعد هيمنة إسبانيا على هذه الأراضي الإفريقية، لم يمض وقت طويل قبل أن تأتي القبائل المجاورة للميدان خاضعة لدفع تبعية أراضيها. هذا الظرف الموات، إلى جانب طبيعة الاستعمار، سهل إلى حد كبير العلاقات مع الريف وامتد النفوذ العسكري إلى مناطق نائية للغاية. خلال الاحتلال الأول الإسباني، كان نظام الكفاف الإسباني في وهران يقوم على فرض الضرائب على القبائل الخاضعة للحكم الإسباني في وهران بالقرب من الحامية والسكان المدنيين، عاش عدد كبير نسبيا من القبائل المتحالفة مع الإسبان. تهدف هذه المقالة إلى تحليل الدور التاريخي لهذه القبائل المسماة المغطيس التابعة للإسبانيين، من خلال دراسة التفاعلات والتعاون والصراعات. ولكن من الضروري تعريف المصطلح باختصار وبدقة من أجل فهم معناه الدقيق قبل التطرق إلى المرجع أي الشخص الذي ينطبق عليه هذا المصطلح. The aim of this article is to review the history of the tribes allied to the Spaniards, of the double Spanish presidio of Oran and Mazalquivir, their genesis and their configuration as a socio-political organization. After the domination of Spain over these African lands, it was not long before the tribes of the surrounding areas came to meekly yield their vassalage. This favorable circumstance, as well as the characteristic of colonization, greatly facilitated relations with the rural populations and extended the military influence to remote areas. During the first Spanish occupation, the Spanish subsistence system in Oran was based on tribute from the populations under Spanish rule. A fairly large number of tribes allied to the Spanish lived in Oran, in close proximity to the garrison and the civilian population. This article aims to analyze the historical role of these tribes, called mogataces or almogataces, vassals of the Spanish, by studying their interactions, cooperation and conflicts. However, it is necessary to define briefly but precisely the term or mogataz in order to understand its exact meaning before addressing its referent, which is the person to whom it is applied. Este artículo pretende revisar la historia de las tribus aliadas a los españoles, del doble presidio español Orán y Mazalquivir, su génesis y configuración como tal organización sociopolítica. Después del dominio de España en estas tierras de África, no pasó mucho tiempo sin que las tribus de la vecindad de la plaza acudieran sumisas a rendir su vasallaje. Esta favorable circunstancia unida al carácter de colonización, facilitó mucho las relaciones con el campo y extendió la influencia militar hasta muy alejadas regiones. Durante la primera ocupación española, el sistema de subsistencia de los españoles en Orán se basó en la tributación de las tribus sometidas al dominio español. En Orán, cerca de la guarnición y de la población civil, vivían un bastante gran número de tribus aliadas a los españoles. Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el papel histórico de estas tribus llamadas los mogataces o almogataces, vasallos de los españoles, a partir del estudio de las interacciones, cooperación y conflictos. Sin embargo, es necesario definir el término mogataz de manera breve pero precisa, para comprender su significado exacto antes de abordar su referente, que es la persona a la que se aplica. |
