| 520 | |a تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية مقاومة قبائل منطقة سطيف للاحتلال الفرنسي الذي تمكن من السيطرة على المنطقة منذ عام 1840، حيث اتخذت هذه المقاومة أشكالا عدة، بداية بمشاركتها في الثورات الشعبية التي قادتها مختلف الشخصيات كالأمير عبد القادر والحاج أحمد المقراني، ثم ولما عجزت عن المواجهة العسكرية المباشرة بسبب تفوق الاحتلال عدة وعتادا واتباعه سياسة عنيفة لإخماد هذه الثورات والقضاء عليها، ونتيجة لإرهاقها نظير سنوات طويلة من القتال، اتبعت أسلوبا آخر للمقاومة، تمثل في تقديم العرائض والشكايات لاسترجاع ما سلب منها والدفاع عن مصالح سكانها خاصة ما تعلق بمصادرة الأراضي وإحساسها بخطر تقسيمها وفقدانها للحمتها القبلية، هذا الأسلوب تمثل في تقديم العرائض والشكايات، وهي وسيلة سلمية تعبر عن مدى الوعي الذي وصلت إليه القبائل في إيجاد وسائل مختلفة للمقاومة والتكيف مع الوضع الذي فرضه الاحتلال، متخذين من قبائل بني ورتيلان وبني يعلى وقرقور نموذجا لذلك، مستندين على ما جاء في الوثائق المحفوظة في السجلات الخاصة بتطبيق القرار المشيخي 22 أفريل 1863، والقرار المشيخي 28 أفريل 1887. |b This research paper deals with the resistance of the tribes of the Setif region to the French occupation, which managed to control the region since 1840, as this resistance took many forms, beginning with their participation in the popular revolutions led by various personalities such as Emir Abdelkader and hadj Ahmed Elmoukrani, Then, when it was unable to engage in direct military confrontation due to the occupation’s superiority in numbers and equipment and its violent policy to quell and eliminate these revolutions, and as a result of their exhaustion due to long years of fighting, it followed another method of resistance. Represented in submitting petitions and complaints to recover what was stolen from them and defending the interests of its population, especially with regard to the confiscation of lands and their sense of the danger of dividing them and losing their tribal unity. With the situation imposed by the occupation, And we took the tribes of Beni ourtilane, Beni Yala and Guergour as a model for that, based on what was stated in the documents preserved in the records for the implementation of the Senatus consult of April 22, 1863, and the Senatus consult of April 28, 1887. | ||
