| 520 | |b Faced with the increase in global energy demand in the building sector, energy efficiency is adopted as one of the solutions to deal with the harmful consequences of energy overconsumption. Our research objective aims on the one hand, to make a review of the theoretical and empirical literature on the world policies of energy efficiency in the building sector and on the other hand, to approach the measures adopted by Algeria in as part of its energy efficiency policy. According to the results of our research, Algeria has adopted panoply of measures which marks the major axes of a national energy policy, translated by the highlighting of many programs in the building sector. |d Face à l’accroissement de la demande énergétique mondiale dans le secteur du bâtiment, l’efficacité énergétique est adoptée comme l’une des solutions pour faire face aux conséquences néfastes de la surconsommation énergétique. Notre objectif de recherche vise d’une part, à faire une revue de la littérature théorique et empirique sur les politiques mondiales de l’efficacité énergétique dans le secteur du bâtiment et d’autre part, à aborder les mesures adoptées par l’Algérie dans le cadre de sa politique de l’efficacité énergétique. Selon les résultats de notre recherche, l’Algérie a adopté une panoplie de mesures qui marque les grands axes d’une politique énergétique nationale, traduite par la mise en exergue de nombreux programmes dans le secteur du bâtiment. | ||
