| المستخلص: | كانت من أبرز النتائج قلة الإنتاج الفكري ذو الصلة المباشرة، وأن مصطلح استخلاص المعرفة يستخدم أكثر في اللغة العربية منها في اللغة الإنجليزية التي استخدمت استرجاع المعرفة بشكل أكثر، كما أن مصطلح نظام المنطق الضبابي تم استخدامه في اللغة العربية في دراسات ارتبطت بالأنظمة الخبيرة، أما ما يقابله في الإنتاج الفكري باللغة الإنجليزية Fuzzy Logic System فيرتبط بنظم مختلفة لذا تم استخدام مصطلح Fuzzy Expert System عند البحث في الإنتاج الفكري باللغة الإنجليزية. ومن أبرز النتائج بعد تتبع المؤشر الرقمي ارتباط مصطلح الأنظمة الخبيرة بإدارة المعرفة أكثر كونه المصطلح الأعم والأشمل من مصطلح استخلاص المعرفة، ومع ذلك تم الخروج بعدد 54 دراسة ارتبط مصطلح استخلاص المعرفة بمصطلح الأنظمة الخبيرة في الإنتاج الفكري باللغة الإنجليزية، أما الإنتاج الفكري باللغة العربية. knowledge Management and the processes its contains have become one of the most important strategies that various organizations seek to improve their information systems, automate their work and develop their capabilities to keep pace with developments until this technical revolution designs intelligent computer systems that match the thinking of the human mind. This scientific review aimed to review the literature related to the field of expert systems and extract knowledge, in addition to identifying conferences, workshops and related research interests, in both Arabic and English, starting in 1983, which is the period of emergence of the term expert systems is clearly linked and explicitly with the extraction of knowledge according to the results retrieved. One of the most prominent results was the lack of direct related intellectual production, and that the term knowledge extraction is used more in the Arabic than in the English language, which used knowledge retrieval, and that the term “fuzzy logic system” was used in the Arabic in studies related to expert systems, As for the equivalent in intellectual production in the English language, Fuzzy Logic System, it is related to different systems, so the term Fuzzy Expert System was used when searching for intellectual production in English. One of the most prominent results after tracking the digital indicator is the association of the term expert systems with knowledge management, more as it is the more general and comprehensive term than the term knowledge extraction and Few studies related to the field of review. Which is what is recommended to go to the field of expert systems and knowledge extraction. |
