| المستخلص: | تعتبر الفترة من 1958 إلى 1991م فترة صعبة لشعب الطوارق في مالي والنيجر؛ حيـث واجهـوا العديد من المشاكل السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التـي كان لها تأثير عميق على مجتمعهـم، ومن المهم فهم السياق التاريخي والتحديات التي يواجهها الطوارق من أجل معالجة القضايا الحالية والعمل من أجل مستقبل أفضل لهذه المجموعة العرقية المهمشة. وبالنسبة للمنهـج المستخدم في الدراسة فهو المنهج التاريخي بجميع وسائله وأدواته، حيث يتم تتبع سير الأحداث من خلال المنهج الإستردادى الوصفي وتحليل الأحداث التاريخية تحليلا منطقيا. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أهمية مراعاة السياق المحلي؛ لأن الطوارق هم مجموعة سكانية معقدة ومتنوعة، وستختلف خبراتهم ووجهات نظرهم اعتمادا على عوامل مثل الموقع والثقافـة والوضع الاقتصادي. لذلك يجب تصميم البحث المستقبلي حول الطوارق بحيث يأخذ في الاعتبار السياق المحلي، والعمل على اكتساب فهم أعمق للتجارب ووجهات النظر المتنوعة لسكان الطوارق. The period from 1958 to 1991 AD is considered a difficult period for the Tuareg people in Mali and Niger. As they faced many political, economic and social problems that had a profound impact on their society, it is important to understand the historical context and the challenges faced by the Tuareg in order to address current issues and work for a better future for this marginalized ethnic group. As for the methodology used in the study, it is the historical method with all its means and tools, where the course of events is tracked through the descriptive retrospective method and the logical analysis of historical events. The research reached results, the most important of which are: the importance of taking into account the local context; Because the Tuareg are such a complex and diverse population, their experiences and perspectives will vary depending on factors such as location, culture, and economic status. Therefore, future research on the Tuareg should be designed to take into account the local context, and work to gain a deeper understanding of the diverse experiences and perspectives of the Tuareg population. |
