| المستخلص: | Algeria is facing various problems, where the standard of living, the population, and the social security system are vulnerable. It has insufficient sources of financing, and unemployment and poverty rates are high, etc. Currently, it is undergoing profound economic and political changes and reforms, its transition to market economy and globalization requires a major parallel transformation of their social security systems. The objective of this article is question the most important issues for the Algerian social security system, which is torn between socio-economic and financing problems on the one hand, and state intervention in social security to regularize the situation on the other. The research methodology used is analytical of all interventions, reforms and data concerning the current social security. L’Algérie est en prise avec différents problèmes, où le niveau de vie, la population, et le système de sécurité sociale sont vulnérables. Elle dispose de sources de financement insuffisantes, et les taux de chômage et de pauvreté sont élevés,…etc. Actuellement, elle connait de profondes mutations et réformes économiques et politiques, son passage à l’économie de marché et à la mondialisation requière une grande transformation parallèle de leurs systèmes de sécurité sociale. L’objectif de cet travail est de s’interroger sur les enjeux les plus importants pour le système de sécurité sociale Algérien, qui valse entre problèmes socio-économiques et problèmes de financement d’une part, et l’intervention de l’état en matière de sécurité sociale pour régulariser la situation, d’autre part. La méthodologie de recherche utilisée est analytique de toutes les interventions, les réformes et les données concernant la sécurité sociale actuelle. |
