| المستخلص: | الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين وبعد: فهذا بحث في: "الأحاديث الواردة في من سب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، جمعا وتخريجا ودراسة، تكمن أهميته في تعلقه بسيد ولد آدم محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وفي كونه ذكرا وبيانا لمستند إجماع جماهير العلماءِ على حكم من سبّه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، واشتمل البحث على سبعة عشر حديثا، جمعتها من المصادر الحديثية المسندة الأصيلة منها والمساعدة، وقمت بدراستها؛ بذكر طرقها، وبيان مراتب رواتها، وعللها، ثم الحكم عليها حسبما ظهر لي وفق القواعد المقررة عند علماء الحديث الشريف. ونتج من هذه الدراسة أن الأحاديث الواردة في من سب المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم ليست على درجة واحدة فمنها ما هو في أعلى درجات الصحة والقوة ومنها دون ذلك. فأربعة منها صحيحة؛ اتفق البخاري ومسلم على إخراج اثنين منها، وسبعة منها حسنة، وخمسة ضعيفة، وحديث منها موضوع. وتأكدت دلالة هذه الأحاديث كلها على ما ذهب إليه جماهير العلماء من الحكم بقتل ساب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على تفصيل وتدقيق في هذا الحكم، كما هو مبثوث في مظانه. We thank God of all creations and peace and prayers upon the most honorable Prophet sent by God and then In this reach we will discuss the mentioned hadiths of whom defamed the Prophet peace upon him 9 collectively and studying 0 as this study has an important core in relation of the master son of Adam Mohamed , in the stated explanatories for whom all scientists overwhelmingly for whom defamed the prophet peace upon him as this research has seventeen parts of hadiths have been collected from modern sources relayed on the original and supportive hadiths as I have studies the mentioning of its ways and its levels and stating them and its reasoning and then my judgments on them according to the what have been seen and the rules applicable for the modern Honorable scientists As the results of this study has reached that the mentioned and stated hadiths in defaming the prophet whom chosen by God has no leveling in one system as one of them is most highly of accuracy and powerful and other not , as four of them is true and the Companion Bokhari and Moselm has agreed to direct two of them and seven is well and five are weak and others are subjective As the whole accentuated by all what have reached by the general scientists in judgment to kill the defamers of the prophet peace upon him and to ensuring and detailing in the judgment as mentioned in this opinion. |
