| المستخلص: | This research aims to define the legal limits of publishing pictures of famous people. It’s based, on the one hand, on a critical descriptive approach by analysing the content of the legal texts, the orientations of the jurisprudence and the doctrine while indicating their shortcomings and limitations, and on the other hand, on a comparative approach that demonstrates the position of the Moroccan experience in relation to its foreign counterpart. The research concluded that there is no unified criterion between the various legislations allowing the publication of celebrity pictures. Cette recherche a pour objectif de définir les limites juridiques de la publication des images de personnes célèbres. Elle s’appuie d’une part, sur une approche descriptive critique en analysant le contenu des textes juridiques, les orientations de la jurisprudence et de la doctrine toute en indiquant leurs lacunes et limites, et d’autre part, sur une approche comparative qui démontre la position de l’expérience Marocaine par rapport à son homologue étranger. La recherche a conclu qu’il n’y avait pas de critère unifié entre les diverses législations permettant la publication des images de célébrités. |
