| المستخلص: | إننا نعيش في عصر المعرفة، وبناء المجتمعات المعرفية، لن يكون إلا من خلال الارتكاز على البحوث العلمية الجادة، فهو الأساس في الولوج إلى مجتمع المعرفة، والانخراط في عملية النهضة والتطوير الشاملة، إلا أن البحوث العلمية الجادة لا زالت تواجه تحديات كبيرة، ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على الواقع الراهن للبحوث العلمية في الوطن العربي عامة، وفي فلسطين خاصة، ومن ثم استقصاء العوائق والتحديات التي تواجه البحث العلمي والقيام برصدها، يقينا مني بأن تحديد العلاج المناسب هو نتيجة تشخيص المرض، فتشخيص الخلل هو الخطوة الأولى في عملية التطوير المنشودة، ثم قام الباحث باستعراض بعض المقارنات على وجه السرعة بين واقع البحوث في الوطن العربي وفلسطين من جهة، وبين بعض الدول المتقدمة في مجال البحوث العلمية من جهة أخرى- لاسيما دولة العدو في الكيان الغاضب-، وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأخيرا قام الباحث باقتراح تصور قد يساهم في سد الفجوات وردم الهوة السحيقة في هذا المجال بيننا وبين الدول المتقدمة، كمحاولة للارتقاء بالبحث العلمي وتطويره في فلسطين والعالم العربي، من أجل إنتاج المعرفة، ومن ثم تحويلها إلى قوة وثروة وتطور وحضارة. We live in the age of knowledge, and building knowledge societies will only be by relying on serious scientific research, as it is the basis for access to the knowledge society and engaging in the comprehensive renaissance and development process. However, serious scientific researches still face great challenges, hence this study is to shed light on the current reality of scientific research in the Arab world in general, and in Palestine in particular, and then investigate the obstacles and challenges facing scientific research and monitor them, as I am certain that determining the appropriate treatment is the result of diagnosing the disease, so diagnosing the defect is the first step in the desired development process Then the researcher quickly reviewed some comparisons between the reality of research in the Arab world and Palestine on the one hand, and some advanced countries in the field of scientific research on the other- especially the enemy state in the angry entity- through the use of the descriptive analytical method, and finally The researcher proposed a vision that might contribute to bridging the gaps and bridging the huge gap in this field between us and the developed countries, as an attempt to advance and develop scientific research in Palestine and the Arab world, in order to produce knowledge, and then Transform it into strength, wealth, evolution and civilization. |
