| المستخلص: | تسعى هذه الورقة إلى توضيح وتحليل مفهوم الكتلة التاريخية عند كل من غرامشي والجابري للتعرف على دوره وتأثيره في توحيد الدول العربية، والانتقال إلى حكومات ديموقراطية تشمل الجميع بعيدا عن التجزئة والتقسيم والخنوع للخارج. وبحسب الورقة، فإن إسقاط فعالية المفهوم على إصلاح علاقة الدول العربية بمجتمعاتها وخاصة وجود نخب قوية قادرة على إنتاج تماسك مجتمعي، ومواجهة التأثير الخارجي من طرف الدول الإمبريالية قد يساهم في راب الصدع وتوحيد جهود وقدرات الدول العربية. ولذلك فمفهوم الكتلة التاريخية ينصب على مواجهة العجز العربي من حيث شتات جميع التيارات كيفما كانت الإيديولوجية الخاصة بها بهدف استرجاع السيادة الوطنية المستلبة، وتقديم حل جذري لأسباب فشل تجربة الإصلاح والتنمية، والتركيز على إحياء القيم الوطنية والمجتمعية من اجل تحقيق هدف مشترك واحد هو الأمة القوية. This paper seeks to clarify and analyze the concept of the historical bloc at Gramsci and Al-Jabri to learn about its role and impact in the unification of Arab countries, and to move to democratic governments that include everyone away from fragmentation, division and genre abroad. According to the paper, projecting the effectiveness of the concept on reforming the relationship of the Arab States with their societies, especially the presence of strong elites capable of producing social cohesion, and confronting the external influence of the imperialist States, may contribute to the disruption of the rift and the consolidation of the efforts and capabilities of the Arab States The concept of historical bloc is therefore focused on confronting Arab deficits in terms of the diaspora of all currents, whatever their ideology, with the aim of restoring national sovereignty, providing a radical solution to the causes of the failure of the experience of reform and development, and focusing on the revival of national and societal values in order to achieve one common goal, the powerful nation. |
