المستخلص:This research included an introduction, a chapter, and a conclusion, as it included the first two demands, the first requirement in which I talked about the ways of deriving legal rulings from jurisprudence rules. The second requirement is about the method of deducing legal rulings from fundamentalism that is not independent of itself. As for the second topic, in which I talked about the rules of Shariah rulings, and explained the closure: detailed evidence, and total evidence, and I made clear acceptable the detailed evidence are verses, hadiths, rulings, as for the evidence, and the fundamentalism In the first requirement, I defined the fundamental rules, and explained that they are a comprehensive issue that applies to all its parts, then I mentioned the sections of these rules, and I explained the difference between the jurisprudential rule and the fundamentalist rule. In the second requirement, I explained the features of these rules, and I mentioned these features, including: brief formulation, comprehension and comprehensiveness, assertive formulation, and not contradicting the principles of Sharia, and its consistency. In the third requirement, I clarified the legislative importance of these rules, as it facilitates the means of access to knowledge of God’s provisions, preserves the Sharia, and makes for the diligent a method that he adheres to in deducing the legal rulings, and contributes to the formation of the legal faculty. Then I ended this research by mentioning the most important results and recommendations.
