| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي. من خلال إبراز أبعاد درجة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي. اتبع الدراسة المنهج التحليلي والوصفي وذلك من خلال حصر أهم الأدبيات المنشورة عربيا وعالميا التي تناولت موضوع وتم تطبيقه على عينة عشوائية مقدارها (30) فردا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة إيجابية بين واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: ضرورة الاستفادة من تجارب المؤسسات والجهات المماثلة في مجال إدارة المعرفة The study dealt with the reality of the application of knowledge management using artificial intelligence techniques and its relationship to institutional excellence by leaders in the Jeddah Education Department. This basic aim of the paper to identify the reality of the application of knowledge management using artificial intelligence techniques. By highlighting the dimensions of the degree of application of knowledge management in achieving institutional excellence. The study followed the analytical and descriptive approach by listing the most important Arab and international published literature that dealt with the topic of benefiting from knowledge management and artificial intelligence techniques, and it was applied to a random sample of (30) individuals. The study important results: There is a positive relationship between the reality of the application of knowledge management using artificial intelligence techniques and the achievement of institutional excellence. The study recommended: It is necessary to benefit from the experiences of similar institutions and bodies in the field of knowledge management. |
