| 520 | |a انطلاقا من أهمية ريادة الأعمال باعتبارها من المجالات التي تسهم في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية للمجتمعات، كما تؤكد الجامعات المعاصرة على أهمية ريادة الأعمال في ظل ما يواجهه العالم اليوم من تغيرات متسارعة ومتلاحقة في بيئة الأعمال، هدف البحث إلى بناء رؤية مقترحة لدور مراكز الابتكار وريادة الأعمال في رفع القدرة التنافسية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء بعض النماذج العالمية من خلال عرض الإطار المفاهيمي لمفهوم ريادة الأعمال في الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، وتوضيح ملامح مفهوم القدرة التنافسية في الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، والكشف عن أهم النماذج العالمية في مجال مراكز الابتكار، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وكانت عينة البحث من خبراء التربية بالجامعات المصرية (حلوان، الإسكندرية، أسيوط، الأزهر)، وتوصل البحث إلى مشاركة الخبراء والمتخصصين ذوي العلاقة بمجال ريادة الأعمال من الناحية العلمية والبحثية أو التدريسية، ورواد الأعمال الناشئين من الطلاب والباحثين والمستثمرين في صياغة رؤية جديدة لإنشاء مراكز الابتكار وريادة الأعمال بالجامعات المصرية تتفق مع رؤية الجامعات المصرية وتوجهاتها الاستراتيجية ومتطلبات سوق العمل المحلى من ناحية، ومع مواكبة ومتطلبات السوق العالمي في القدرة التنافسية للجامعات من ناحية أخرى، وربط رؤية المراكز ورؤيتها الاستراتيجية برؤية مصر 2030 وبمستقبل التنمية الاقتصادي، وبمستقبل العمل الريادي محليا وعالميا مما يزيد من قدرة الجامعات للتنافسية، وهو ما سوف يعود بالفائدة على المجتمع المصري ولصانعي القرار بوزارة التعليم العالي. |b Proceeding from the importance of entrepreneurship as one of the fields that contribute to In raising the economic development of societies, and as contemporary universities emphasize the importance of entrepreneurship in light of the rapid and successive changes the world is facing today in the business environment, the research aimed to build a proposed vision for the role of innovation and entrepreneurship centers to raise Competitive ability in Egyptian universities in the light of the study and analysis of the most prominent international models. It was through presenting the conceptual framework of the entrepreneurship concept of contemporary educational literature, clarifying the features of the concept of competitive ability in contemporary educational literature and revealing the most important international models in the field of innovation centers. The research implemented the descriptive approach and the research participants were from education experts in Egyptian universities (Helwan, Alexandria, Assiut, Al-Azhar). Experts and specialists who were engaged in the field of entrepreneurship from the aspect of science, research or teaching and also emerging entrepreneurs of students, researchers and investors could participate in formulating a new vision for the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship centers at Egyptian universities which can keep up with the vision of Egyptian universities, their strategic directions and the requirements of the local labor market on one hand and with keeping pace with the requirements of the international market in the competitive ability of universities on the other hand. It is also through linking the centers’ vision and its strategic vision with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the future of economic development, and the future of entrepreneurial work locally and globally, which increases the universities’ ability to compete. This will benefit the Egyptian society and the decision makers of the Ministry of Higher Education . | ||
