| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى إبراز الصنعة الحديثية في تبويب الإمام البخاري في صحيحه بقوله: "باب من رأى"، ودراسة تلك الأبواب وفق منهج البحث الاستقرائي التحليلي، مع مقارنة من وافق البخاري ومن خالفه، ووجه مناسبة الترجمة لأحاديث الباب، مع بيان من أبهمه البخاري بقوله: من رأى، وسبب إلغاز البخاري في بعض تراجمه وتبويباته، والصنعة الحديثية في التبويب والأحاديث والآثار التي ذكرها الإمام البخاري تحته، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن البخاري في تبويبه حينما يقول: «باب من رأى» فإنه يوافق من قال بهذا القول، أو يكون رأيه اجتهادا، ويكنى بذلك عن نفسه، كما أن هناك بعض هذه الأبواب كنى فيها بقوله: «باب من رأى»، وبعضها ذكر فيها خلافا وعددها ستة أبواب، وهناك أربعة أبواب لم يذكر فيها خلافا؛ لعدم وجود فيها خلاف في الأصل، أو أن الحكم استقر بعد أن كان هناك خلاف سائغ. The research aims to highlight the modern workmanship in the tab of Imam Al -Bukhari in his Sahih by saying: 'The chapter of the one who saw', and studying these chapters according to the analytical research methodology, with a comparison of those who agreed Al -Bukhari and whoever disagreed with him, and reason of classification of the hadiths of the chapter, with a statement from his father Al -Bukhari by saying Whoever sees, and the reason for the Al -Bukhari puzzles in some of its biography and its tabs, and the modern workmanship in the tab, the hadiths and the effects mentioned by Imam al -Bukhari under it, and that Al -Bukhari in his tabs by saying: "The chapter of those who saw" agrees with those who said this saying, or his opinion is diligence, and he is about it for himself, And there are some of these chapters in which they were said: "The door of those who saw", and some of them mentioned in it a dispute and the number of six chapters, and there are some chapters in which there was no dispute. Because there is no dispute in it in the first place, or that the ruling settled after there was a palatable disagreement. |
