| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح الدور التربوي والاجتماعي للأستاذ الجامعي بصفة عامة مع التأكيد على إبراز وجهة النظر الإسلامية في هذا الجانب بصفة خاصة، بعد الوقوف على ما ورد في بعض المصادر والكتب التربوية وعلى رأسها القرآن الكريم وبعض كتب السنة النبوية الشريفة وكتب الفكر التربوي الإسلامي بجانب بعض المجلات والبحوث التربوية الحديثة، تم التعرف على أهم أدوار الأستاذ الجامعي في المجال التربوي والاجتماعي، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها؛ أن الأستاذ الجامعي يأتي على رأس العناصر الفاعلة في العملية التربوية التعليمية في المؤسسات الجامعية، وذلك لقيامه بمهمة التعليم التي تعد من أشرف المهن في الإسلام لأن فيها الاقتداء برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو المعلم الأول، كما أن دور الأستاذ الجامعي في التعليم لا يقتصر على نقل المعارف وتطبيقها فحسب بل يشمل تحسينها وتنقيحها وفقاً للمعايير الصحيحة وأهمها معيار العقيدة الصحيحة مستخدماً في ذلك العديد من الأساليب والأدوات والوسائل التعليمية. من الأدوار المهمة للأستاذ الجامعي العمل على تعزيز قيم الإيمان، وتثبيت العقيدة الصحيحة في نفوس الطلاب دور الأستاذ الجامعي في البحث العلمي يقوم على إسهامه في حركة البحث العلمي من ناحية وتدريب طلابه على مهارات البحث العلمي من ناحية أخرى. يسهم الأستاذ الجامعي بدرجة عالية في توجيه الطلاب وإرشادهم، كما أن الأستاذ الجامعي من أكثر الفئات اتصالاً بالمجتمع وثقافته تمثلاً ونقلاً وتنقيحاً. بناء على هذه النتائج تمت التوصية بتأهيل الأساتذة وتدريبهم وفق نظرة الإسلام للتربية والتعليم مع الاهتمام بنشر الأدب التربوي الإسلامي ودعم حركة البحث العلمي وإتاحة الفرصة لتطبيق النتائج المهمة، بجانب التوعية بأهمية دور الأستاذ الجامعي في حركة المجتمع، كما يجب الاهتمام بتحسين الوضع المادي للأستاذ حتى لا يصرفه السعي للقمة العيش عن أدواره التي لا يتقنها غيره. This research aims to clarify the educational and social role of the university professor in general with an emphasis on highlighting the Islamic point of view in this aspect in particular. After looking at what was mentioned in some educational sources and books, especially the Holy Qur’an, and some books of the honorable Sunnah and books of Islamic educational thought, besides some recent educational journals and researches; have identified the most important roles of a university professor in the educational and social field, and one of the most important results that have been reached is that one of the important roles of a university professor is to work on promoting the values of faith and establishing the correct belief in the hearts of students. The university professor is also at the forefront of the active elements in the educational process in university institutions, due to his carrying out the task of teaching, which is one of the most honorable professions in Islam, because it involves imitating the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, who is the first teacher, and the role of the university professor in education is not limited to Not only transferring and applying knowledge, but also improving and revising it according to the correct criteria, the most important of which is the criterion of the correct belief, using many methods, tools and teaching aids. The university professor has a leading role in scientific research based on his contribution to the scientific research movement on the one hand, and the training of his students on scientific research skills on the other hand. The university professor contributes to a high degree in guiding and counseling students, and he is one of the groups most closely connected with society and its culture as represented, transmitted and revised. Based on these results, it was recommended to qualify and train professors according to the Islamic view of education, with interest in publishing Islamic educational literature and supporting the scientific research movement and providing the opportunity to implement the important results, in addition to raising awareness of the importance of the role of the university professor in the movement of society, as it pays attention to improving the financial situation of the professor so that he is not distracted by striving to live for his roles that no one else can master. |
