| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية للتطرق إلى أهم شريحة في المجتمع وهي فئة الطفولة، والوقوف على واقع خدمات وبرامج الحماية الاجتماعية التي نص عليها التشريع الدولي والجزائري، والتي ضعت ضمن برامج السياسة الاجتماعية للتكفل بهذه الفئة، وخاصة في ظل انتشار المشكلات والآفات التي تهدد أمنها واستقرارها كعمالة الأطفال، التشرد، العنف، الاختطاف والاعتداء بشتى أنواعه... فالطفل كونه قاصرا يحتاج للرعاية من مختلف الجوانب حتى يكتمل نضجه العقلي والصحي والنفسي والاجتماعي والتشريعات الدولية والجزائرية تعمل جاهدة على ضمان حمايته ومعاقبة كل من يشكل خطرا عليه. This scientific paper aimes to address the most important segment of society, namely children, and to determine the reality of social protection services and programmes provided for in International legislation and Algerian legislation, which have been placed in the political agenda to ensure this category, particularly in the context of the proliferation of problems and scourges that threaten its security and stability, such as child labour, homelessness, violence, abduction and abuse of all kinds… As a minor, a child needs care in various aspects in order to complete his mental, health, psychological and social maturity, and international and Algerian legislation strives to ensure his protection and punish anyone who poses a threat to him. |
