| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للنسخ العربية لاستبيان اضطراب القلق المعمم (Spitzer RL et al,. 2006) (GAD-7) واستبيان صحة المريض لاضطراب الاكتئاب (Kroenke, K et al., 2001) (PHQ-9)،كذلك الكشف عن مستوى القلق والاكتئاب لدى عينة من مرضى الصرع في مستشفيات مدينة جدة، والفروق في مستوى القلق والاكتئاب تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور- إناث). استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت على عينة عشوائية من الأفراد المصابين باضطراب الصرع (ن=271). اعتمدت الباحثتين في جمع البيانات على استبانة الأسئلة الديموغرافية، استبيان صحة المريض لاضطراب القلق المعمم (GAD-7)، واستبيان صحة المريض لاضطراب الاكتئاب (PHQ-9). وقد أشارت نتائج التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، (RMSEA = 0.03)، (CFI = 0.97) لصلاحية استبيان اضطراب القلق المعمم في تشخيص وتحديد مستوى القلق لدى مرضى الصرع. وتمتعه بمعامل ثبات جيد (α = 0.66)، أيضا جاءت نتائج التحليل العاملي التوكيدي (RMSEA = 0.04)، (CFI = 0.92) مؤكدة لصلاحية استبيان صحة المريض لاضطراب الاكتئاب في تشخيص وتحديد مستوى الاكتئاب لدى مرضى الصرع، مع تمتعه بمعامل ثبات جيد (α = 0.60)، أظهرت النتائج أيضا ارتفاع مستويات القلق ومستويات الاكتئاب بين مرضى الصرع، كما أكدت الدراسة على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى القلق والاكتئاب تعزى لمتغير الجنس (الذكور- الإناث) لاستبيان اضطراب القلق المعمم واستبيان صحة المريض لاضطراب الاكتئاب. |b This study aimed to examine the psychometric properties of the Arabic versions of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire (Spitzer RL et al.,2006) (GAD-7), and the Patient Health Questionnaire For Depressive Dis-order (Kroenke, K et al.,2001) (PHQ-9), to reveal the level of anxiety and depression among a sample of epilepsy patients in Jeddah city hospitals, and to assess the differences in the level of anxiety and depression according to gender in a sample of individuals with epilepsy disorder (N= 271). The descriptive approach was utilized. The Patient Health Questionnaire for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD-7) and the Patient Health Questionnaire for Depressive Disorder (PHQ-9) were used. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed good-fitting model of the generalized anxiety disorder questionnaire (RMSEA = 0.03) and (CFI = 0.97) in patients with epilepsy, and the reliability coefficient was (α = 0.66). The results also showed good-fitting model of the patient health questionnaire for depressive disorder (RMSEA = 0.04) and (CFI = 0.92) in epilepsy patients, the reliability coefficient was (α = 0.60). The results also showed high levels of anxiety and depression among epilepsy patients, and there were no differences in the level of anxiety and depression according to gender. | ||
