| 520 | |a انطلاقا من أن تنمية القدرات البشرية هي السبيل إلى تحقيق التقدم وأداته، والهدف منه في الوقت نفسه؛ على اعتبار أن العنصر البشري هو أحد أهم العناصر الفاعلة في التطور والتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية كما أنه المستفيد النهائي منها؛ هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم رؤية مقترحة لدعم تنافسية خريجي جامعة أم القرى في ضوء برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية؛ لبناء مكانتهم التنافسية محليا وعالميا، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق هذا الهدف. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة لدعم تنافسية خريجي جامعة أم القرى في ضوء برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية تضمنت تحديد هدف الرؤية المقترحة ومصادر صياغتها، ومنطلقات الرؤية المقترحة وخصائصها، وممكنات الرؤية المقترحة وأبعادها، ومتطلبات تنفيذ الرؤية المقترحة، ومعوقاتها وسبل التغلب عليها، وأخيرا مؤشرات نجاح الرؤية المقترحة، كما تضمنت الرؤية المقترحة تحديد الآليات اللازمة لتحقيق كل بعد من أبعادها الأربعة الآتية: تحسين جاهزية خريجي جامعة أم القرى لمتطلبات سوق العمل المتسارعة والمتجددة، وتعزيز ودعم ثقافة الابتكار وريادة الأعمال لدى طلبة جامعة أم القرى وخريجيها، وتطوير الشراكات بين جامعة أم القرى وجامعات رائدة عالمية المستوى، وضمان المواءمة بين خريجي جامعة أم القرى واحتياجات سوق العمل محليا وعالميا. |b Proceeding from the fact that the development of human capabilities is the way to achieve progress and its tool, and its goal at the same time; Considering that the human element is one of the most important factors in achieving progress and social and economic development and is the ultimate beneficiary of this progress, the current study aimed to present a proposed vision to support the competitiveness of Umm Al-Qura University graduates in light of the human capacity development program to build their competitive position locally and globally. The study adopted the descriptive approach. The results of the study developed a proposed vision to support the competitiveness of Umm Al-Qura University graduates in light of the human capacity development program, which included defining the goal of the proposed vision, the sources of its formulation, its premises and characteristics, its possibilities and dimensions, the requirements for implementing the proposed vision, its obstacles and ways to overcome them and finally, indicators of success of the proposed vision. The proposed vision also included defining the necessary mechanisms to achieve each of its four dimensions: improving the readiness of Umm Al-Qura University graduates for the rapidly and ever-changing labor market requirements, promoting and supporting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among Umm Al-Qura University students and graduates, and developing partnerships between Umm Al-Qura University and leading world-class universities, and ensuring compatibility between Umm Al-Qura University graduates and the needs of the labor market locally and internationally. | ||
