| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مدى رضا الجمهور الفلسطيني عن هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون الفلسطيني في تناول قضايا الأسرى الفلسطينيين والكشف عن أهم التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه الإعلام الفلسطيني الرسمي في دعم قضايا الأسرى الفلسطينيين والكشف كذلك عن طرق تحسين دور الإعلام الفلسطيني الرسمي في دعم قضايا الأسرى الفلسطينيين. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته طبيعة الدراسة، وقاما بتطوير استبانة مكونة من (32) فقرة بالإضافة إلى أسئلة مفتوحة للتعبير عن آرائهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (344) من المستجيبين من الجمهور الفلسطيني حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة الكترونيا. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية لرضا الجمهور الفلسطيني عن هيئة الإذاعة والتلفزيون الفلسطيني في تناول قضايا الأسرى الفلسطينيين كانت متوسطة، وأن أبرز التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه الإعلام الفلسطيني الرسمي كانت عدم القدرة على تجديد الخطاب للتأثير على الرأي العام وضعف الإمكانات المادية والكفاءة البشرية المختصة في هذا المجال محليا ودوليا. أما عن طرق تحسين دور الإعلام الفلسطيني الرسمي في دعم قضايا الأسرى الفلسطينيين فكان أهمها تطوير الكادر الإعلامي والوسائل والأساليب الإعلامية واختيار الشخص المؤثر وكذلك عدم الانحياز لجماعات معينة وأحزاب سياسية. The present study aimed to uncover the extent of the satisfaction of the Palestinian public with the Palestinian Broadcasting and Television Corporation in dealing with the issues of the Palestinian prisoners. Moreover, it unfolded the most important challenges and impediments, which face the official Palestinian media in supporting the issues of the Palestinian detainees and the ways of improving the role of the official Palestinian media in supporting the issues of the Palestinian prisoners. The researchers used the descriptive analytical methodology because it suited the nature of the study. They developed a questionnaire consisting of (32) items in addition to open questions. The sample of the study consisted of (344) respondents from the Palestinian public. The questionnaire was distributed electronically. The results of the study showed that the total degree of satisfaction of the Palestinian public with the Palestinian Broadcasting and Television Corporation was medium. In addition, the study revealed that the most important challenges and impediments that face the official Palestinian media were the inability of renewing the discourse to influence public opinion. Also, it highlighted the weakness of the material potential and the specialized human efficiency in this domain locally and Internationally. As for the most important ways for improving the role of the official Palestinian media in supporting the issues of the Palestinian prisoners, the most important ways were the development of the media cadre, the media means, methods, and choosing the influential person and non-bias groups and political parties. |
