| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على (صفقات الأسلحة الألمانية - الإسرائيلية ١٩٥٦- ١٩٦١) التي عقدتها "إسرائيل" مع حكومة ألمانيا الغربية، واتخذت تلك الصفقات طابع السرية خشية من تدهور العلاقات بين ألمانيا الغربية والدول العربية. وكان من أسباب عقدها استمرار الحروب العربية- الإسرائيلية، مما دفع صناع القرار في تل أبيب إلى التفكير بضرورة الحصول على مزيد من الأسلحة، فضلا عن تنويع مصادر تسليح القوات المسلحة الإسرائيلية لتكون مستعده لمواجهة "الأخطار" المحيطة بها بخاصة من الدول العربية المجاورة لها، ومما أسهم في عقد تلك الصفقات، بدء العلاقات الألمانية - الإسرائيلية في عام ١٩٥٠ وتوقيع اتفاقية التعويضات في لوكسمبورغ عام ١٩٥٢ التي حصلت بموجبها "إسرائيل" على مبالغ كبيرة جدا استخدمتها في تطوير اقتصادها وبناء قواتها المسلحة. The research aims to shed light on the (German-Israeli arms deals 1956-1961) concluded by "Israel" with the West German government, and these deals took the nature of secrecy for fear of deteriorating relations between West Germany and the Arab countries. One of the reasons for holding it was the continuation of the Arab-Israeli wars, which prompted decision-makers in Tel Aviv to think of the need to obtain more weapons, as well as diversify the sources of arming the Israeli armed forces to be ready to face the “dangers” surrounding it, especially from its neighboring Arab countries. Contributing to the conclusion of these deals, the start of German-Israeli relations in 1950 and the signing of the compensation agreement in Luxembourg in 1952, according to which "Israel" obtained very large sums, which it used to develop its economy and build its armed forces. The research was divided into two parts: the first of them dealt with (The circumstances that paved the way for the conclusion of German-Israeli arms deals) and the developments and circumstances. |
