| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على دور المدرسة في تحقيق متطلبات الميزة التنافسية في دولة الكويت وذلك من خلال الأدبيات حول الميزة التنافسية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث، وتم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: التأكيد على تحسين دافعية العاملين وخلق الولاء لديهم، والوصول للأداء المرتفع والتفوق لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، والسعي إلى تعاون وتضافر المدرسة والأسرة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية متواصلة، واستحداث مجموعة من البدائل التعليمية يتم المفاضلة بينها حسب إمكانات المدرسة ووضعها التنافسي، وأهمية توفير مصدر للمعلومات لاكتشاف خطط المنافسين من المدارس الأخرى، وتحركاتهم؛ مما يسمح باتخاذ القرارات الصائبة في الوقت المناسب، كما أوصت بضرورة التأكيد على قبول النقد ونقد الذات بين المعلم والتلاميذ وفق معايير معينة تعمل على تطوير أداء المعلم والعاملين بالمدرسة، وأهمية وجود مدرسة داعمة للتطوير والتحسين المستمر للبيئة التعليمية مع توفر الكفاءات البشرية من معلمين ومديرين وأخصائيين لتحقيق جذب واستقطاب التلاميذ. The current research aimed to identify the role of the school in achieving the requirements of competitive advantage in the State of Kuwait through the literature on competitive advantage, and an analytical descriptive approach was used to suit its nature of the research, and a set of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are: Emphasis on improving employee motivation and creating loyalty to them, Reaching high performance and excellence to achieve competitive advantage, and seeking cooperation and synergy of school, family and civil society institutions to achieve a continuous competitive advantage, and creating a set of educational alternatives that are differentiated between them according to the school’s capabilities and its competitive position, and the importance of died Source of information to discover the plans of competitors from other schools, and their movements; allowing to take the right decisions at the right time, it also recommended the need to emphasize the acceptance of criticism and self-criticism between the teacher and students according to certain criteria working to develop the performance of the teacher and school personnel, and the importance of a school that supports the continuous development and improvement of the educational environment with the availability of human competencies of teachers, administrators and specialists to achieve attracting and attracting students. |
