| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة العلاقة الارتباطية بين إرادة العطاء والهناء الذاتي لدى العاملين بالقطاعات الخدمية، ومعرفة مستوى إرادة العطاء والهناء الذاتي لديهم وكذلك إمكانية التنبؤ بالهناء الذاتي لدى العاملين بالقطاعات الخدمية (الصحة والتربية والتعليم والخدمات الخيرية التطوعية) من خلال بعض أبعاد إرادة العطاء ومعرفة الفروق بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في كل من: إرادة العطاء والهناء الذاتي. وتكونت عينة البحث من (٢٧٦) فردًا من العاملين بالقطاعات الخدمية (الصحة والتربية والتعليم والخدمات الخيرية التطوعية) وكانت مقسمة كالأتي: قطاع الصحة (١٠٠) فرد، قطاع التربية والتعليم (٨٢) فرد، الخدمات الخيرية التطوعية (٩٤) فرد. وتنوعت العينة ما بين الذكور والإناث حيث بلغ عدد الإناث (١٩١)، والذكور (٨٥). وامتدت أعمارهم من (16-65) عامًا، بمتوسط حسابي (42.55) عامًا، وانحراف معياري (٩,٦١) عامًا. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في: مقياس إرادة العطاء (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس الهناء الذاتي (إعداد الباحثة). وأما عن نتائج البحث فكانت كالآتي: -مستوى كل من: البعد الأول (العطاء العام)، البعد الثاني (العطاء بالمنع)، والدرجة الكلية لإرادة العطاء لدى العاملين بالقطاعات الخدمية (الصحة والتربية والتعليم والخدمات الخيرية التطوعية) مستوى مرتفع، بينما مستوى البعد الثالث (العطاء رغم الحاجة) مستوى متوسط. -مستوى الهناء الذاتي (جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية، لدى العاملين بالقطاعات الخدمية مستوى مرتفع). -توجد علاقات ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيًا بين درجات إرادة العطاء، ودرجات الهناء الذاتي (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) لدى العاملين بالقطاعات الخدمية (الصحة والتربية والتعليم والخدمات الخيرية التطوعية). -يمكن التنبؤ بدرجات الهناء الذاتي (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) من درجات أبعاد إرادة العطاء لدى العاملين في القطاعات الخدمية (الصحة والتربية والتعليم والخدمات الخيرية التطوعية). -توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند (٠,٠١) بين درجات الذكور والإناث في إرادة العطاء لصالح الإناث. -توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند (0.05) بين درجات الذكور والإناث في الهناء الذاتي لصالح الإناث. The current research aims to study the associative relationship between the will of giving and the subjective well being among the service sectors workers and to know the level of will of giving and the subjective well being as well as the predictability of the subjective well being among the service sectors workers through some. Dimension of the will of giving and know the differences between the average male and female degrees in both the will of giving and the subjective well being. The research sample consisted of (276) service workers (Health, education and voluntary services) The sample varied between males and females, with 191 females, 85 males. The sample was selected from rural and urban areas and from. More than one governorate and extended from 16 to 65 years of age with an average account of (9.61) years and the research tools were the measure of the will of giving (Prepared by the researcher) The subjective of well being (Prepared by the researcher) As for the results of the study, it was as follows: level of both the first dimension and the (Public giving) and The second dimension (Giving with prohibition) and the total degree of the will of giving omong the service sectors workers (Health, education and volunteer charitable services) High level. While the level of the third dimension (Giving despite the need) medium level. The level of the subjective well being and all dimensions and the overall degree of workers in the service sectors. (Health, education and voluntary charitable services). High level There are positive correlations and statistical function between the degrees of the will of giving and the degrees of the subjective well being) dimensions and the overall degree of the service sectors workers (Health, education and voluntary charitable service) Subjective well being degrees can be predicted.
