المستخلص:Exports excluding hydrocarbons in Algeria represent 5% of total exports, this low rate is due to several factors which remain difficult to identify. This ambiguity led us to dig into the field to get closer to the reality that we have treated in a qualitative study which has identified important elements in contribution to other previous research on this subject. Our results reveal a definition of the activity of the exporter, the role of Algerian economic diplomacy in the promotion and supervision of exports, as well as what must be done to have an efficient economic diplomacy which can increase and promote the exports..

Les exportations hors hydrocarbures en Algérie représentent 5% du total des exportations, ce faible taux est dû à plusieurs facteurs qui restent difficulté à cerner. Cette ambiguïté nous a conduits à piocher dans le terrain pour nous rapprocher de la réalité que nous avons traité dans une étude qualitative qui nous a dégagé des éléments important en contribution aux autres recherches précédentes sur ce sujet. Nos résultats révèlent une définition de l’activité de l’exportateur, le rôle de la diplomatie économique Algérienne dans la promotion et l’encadrement des exportations, ainsi que ce qui se doit faire pour avoir une diplomatie économique performante qui peut accroitre et promouvoir les exportations.
