| المستخلص: | لا يمكن أن ينعكس معنى كل من التلمذة والأستاذية من خلال تحديد معنى كل من التلميذ والأستاذ لأنهما يحملان في طياتهما رواسب دينية قديمة تعود إلى القرون الوسطى: فالتلميذ يعتبر تابعا وخادما، والأستاذ يبدو في مستوى مطلق لا استثناء فيه. رغم الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه الأستاذية في تاريخ التعلم البشري، وبالرغم من أنها قدوة ومثال يحتذى به، فإنها لا تستنسخ ذاتها في التلمذة في كل الأحوال، لأن الأستاذية الماهرة والناجحة هي التي تنتج التلمذة المبدعة على الغالب. وفي المقابل، فبالرغم من أن التلمذة في بدايتها تكون بالاقتفاء وبالتأثر، فإن هذا لا يعني أنها ستستمر على هذه الحال، بل يمكن أن تصبح ناقدة للأستاذية من منطلق معرفي لا يتجاوز الإخلال بالاحترام والإجلال. غرضنا الأساس في هذه المقالة الإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: ما معنى التلميذ؟ ما معنى الأستاذ؟ ماذا نقصد بالتلمذة؟ ماذا نقصد بالأستاذية؟ ما هي أنواع التلمذة؟ هل يمكن الحديث عن نماذج مشرقة من التلمذة في التاريخ البشري؟ ما خصائص التلمذة؟ ما خصائص الأستاذية؟ The meanings of both the discipleship and the professorship cannot be reflected by defining the meaning of each of the student and the professor, because they carry with them old religious deposits dating back to the Middle Ages. Despite the essential role that the professorship plays in the history of human learning, and that it is a role model and an example to be followed, it does not reproduce itself in the discipleship in all cases, because the skilled and successful professorship that mostly produces the creative discipleship. On the other hand, although the discipleship at its beginning is by following and being influenced, this does not mean that it will continue in this way, but rather it can become a critic of the professorship from a cognitive standpoint that does not go beyond respect and reverence. Our primary purpose in this article is to answer the following questions: What is the meaning of a disciple? What does professor mean? What do we mean by discipleship? What do we mean by professorship? What are the types of discipleships? Is it possible to talk about shining examples of discipleships in human history? What are the characteristics of discipleship? What are the characteristics of a professorship? |
