| 520 | |a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تشخيص الطابع النظامي لأزمة منطقة اليورو وأبعاد الخطر النظامي فيها باعتبارها مصادر لعدم الاستقرار المالي، خصوصا في سياق الاتحاد النقدي، ومن ثم التعرف على التطورات في الإطار المؤسسي والتنظيمي للوقاية من الخطر النظامي والحفاظ على الاستقرار المالي للمنطقة ككل. وذلك بعرض الهيكل الإشرافي الموحد لما بعد الأزمة، والذي تعزز ببناء الاتحاد البنكي الأوروبي والقوانين التنظيمية للسياسة الاحترازية الكلية وكيفيات تنسيقها على مستوى المنطقة. توصل البحث إلى أن أبرز تحدي يبقى ضرورة رفع مستوى التنسيق والتعاون بين مؤسسات الاستقرار المالي للمنطقة ككل وبين الهيئات الوطنية، فضلا عن تعزيز هذا التنسيق دوليا. |b This research aims at identifying the systemic risk of the Eurozone crisis along with the sources of the financial instability within the context of the monetary union. The study sheds light upon the developments in the institutional and regulatory frameworks, as it introduces the supervisory structure and the macroprudential policy for the post-crisis period. The research concluded that the prime challenge is the need to raise the level of coordination and cooperation among the financial stability institutions in the region, as well as strengthening such coordination nationally and internationally. |d La présente recherche vise à analyser l’aspect systémique de la crise dans la zone euro et ses dimensions, considérées comme sources d’instabilité financière dans le contexte de l’union monétaire. L’étude porte sur l’évolution du cadre institutionnel et réglementaire pour prévenir le risque systémique et préserver la stabilité financière de la zone euro, ainsi que les structures de surveillance et la politique macroprudentielle de la période suivant la crise. La recherche a conclu que le principal défi est la nécessité d’accroitre le niveau de coordination et de coopération entre les institutions de stabilité financière dans la région et de renforcer cette coordination aux niveaux national et international. | ||
