The finance laws continue to amend and complete the investment law with successive annual texts, which confirm the restrictive nature of the finance law, while the problems and results of the application of the finance laws are still lingering. |d Le législateur algérien a confirmé, après deux ans de la promulgation de la loi N°16-09, la continuité de la politique législative dans le secteur des investissements de la même façon auparavant adoptée par l'ordonnance N°01-03. Les lois de finances continuentde modifier et de compléter la loi d'investissement avec des textes annuels successifs, qui confirment la nature restrictivede la loi de finances, tandis que les problèmes et les résultats de l'application des lois de finances sont toujours subsistants. | ||
