| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي، مكون من نسب مالية لعينة من المؤسسات في قطاع الصناعة الميكانيكية، والبالغ عددها (25) مؤسسة ناجحة و(05) مؤسسات فاشلة، متماثلة من حيث نوع الصناعة وحجم الأصول، خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2012 إلى 2015، باستخدام أسلوب التحليل التمييزي و (26) نسبة مالية تم حسابها من القوائم المالية لهذه المؤسسات. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج يتكون من سبعة نسبب مالية، لها القدرة على التمييز بين المؤسسات الناجحة والفاشلة، حيث بلغت دقة التصنيف الكلية للنموذج المشتق (87.5%)، وهو ما يدل على أن النموذج المقترح قادر على التمييز بدقة بين المؤسسات الناجحة والفاشلة في قطاع الصناعة الميكانيكية. |b This study aimed to build a model consisting of financial ratios to predict financial failure, for a sample composed of (25) successful companies and (05) failed companies similar in type of industry and size of assets and also active in the mechanical industry sector, during the period between 2012 and 2015, by adopting the method of discriminatory analysis and the calculation of 26 financial ratios from the financial statements of these companies. The study concluded that the total accuracy of the model derivative was (87,5%), this indicates that the proposed model is capable to distinguish accurately between failed and successful companies in the mechanical industry sector. |d Cette étude visait à construire un modèle composé de ratios financiers permettant de prévoir la défaillance financière d’un échantillon composé de (25) entreprises performantes et de (05) entreprises défaillantes similaires dans leurs types d’industrie et le volume de leurs actifs mais aussi actives dans le secteur de l'industrie mécanique, durant la période 2012-2015, en adoptant la méthode de l’analyse discriminante et le calcul de 26 ratios financiers à partir des états financiers de ces entreprises. L’étude a permis de construire un modèle dont la précision totale du dérivé était de (87,5%), ce qui indique que le modèle proposé est capable de distinguer avec précision entre les entreprises en faillite et les entreprises performantes dans le secteur de l'industrie mécanique. | ||
