| المستخلص: | نتطرق في هذا البحث إلى موضوع الولاية في موسوعة الغدير في الكتاب والسنة والأدب للعلامة الاميني (رحمه الله)، قسم هذا البحث المطلبين هما: المطلب الأول تناولنا فيه تعريف الولاية في اللغة والاصطلاح، فهي في اللغة القرب والنصرة، وفي الاصطلاح السلطة والادارة التي يعطيها الله عز وجل لعباده الصالحين يتولى بها الولي أمور من هم تحت ولايته من الخلق، وأدرجنا في المطلب الثاني أقسام الولاية وهي: الولاية التكوينية والولاية التشريعية وكيف يهبها الله عز وجل لعباده. In this research, we address the issue of guardianship in the Encyclopedia of Al-Ghadeer in the Book, Sunnah and Literature of Allamah Al-Amini (may God have mercy on him). The section of this research has two requirements: The first requirement in which we dealt with the definition of guardianship in language and terminology, as it is in the language of closeness and victory, and in the terminology the authority and administration that God Almighty gives to His righteous servants by which the guardian undertakes the affairs of those under his guardianship of creation, and we included in the second requirementthe divisions of guardianship, which are: the formative state and the legislative state And how God Almighty gives her to his clinic. |
