| 520 | |a تحدد الهدف الرئيس لهذه الدراسة في تحديد طبيعة تدخلات الأخصائي الاجتماعي المهنية في المجال الطبي أثناء الأزمات الصحة الطارئة بالتطبيق على أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19)، ومتطلبات ممارسة هذه التدخلات، والمعوقات التي قد تحول دون تحقيق ذلك على النحو المأمول. وطبقت أداة الدراسة على جميع الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بلغ عددهم (380) مفردة. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن أن أبرز التدخلات المهنية من الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي للتعامل مع أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد كأزمة صحية طارئة تتضمن: تقديم الدعم الاجتماعي اللازم للمصابين بالفيروس، وتمكين أسرة المريض من التواصل مع الفريق المعالج عند اللزوم، والتعاون مع الفريق الطبي لصاح المرضى، وتزويد الفريق الطبي المعالج بمعلومات كافية عن الوضع الاجتماعي والأسري للمرضى بالفيروس. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن من أهم المتطلبات التي يتعين توافرها في الأخصائي الاجتماعي لتمكينه من التدخل المهني الفعال أثناء الأزمات الصحية الطارئة كما في أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد: الإحاطة بطرق الوقاية من الفيروس، والرعاية اللازمة للمرضى، والإلمام بمعارف كافية حول أزمة انتشار الفيروس، ومعرفة طرق التعامل الملائمة مع المصابين به. |b The main objective of this study is to recognize the nature of the professional interferences of social worker in the medical field during urgent health crises with application to Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, requirements of practicing these interferences, and the obstructions that may prevent from achieving that as hoped. The study tool is applied to a random sample of social workers of (380) individuals. The study results has revealed that the most significant professional interferences expected from social workers in the medical field to deal with Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis as an urgent health crisis, include: providing the necessary social support for those who are infected with the virus, enabling the patient’s family to communicate with the treatment team when necessary, cooperating with the medical team for the patients’ benefit and providing the treatment medical team with sufficient information about the social and family status of the patients infected with the virus. The study results have shown that some of the most important requirements that must be available in the social worker to enable him of the efficient professional interference during the urgent health crises as in Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis are: being acquainted with the protection methods from the virus, the necessary care for patients, familiarity with sufficient knowledge about the crisis of virus spread and knowing the appropriate treatment methods of infected patients. | ||
