| 520 | |a تمثل الطاقة سببا رئيسا لوجود واضطراد التنمية؛ فلا وجود لتنمية حقيقية دون طاقة محركة، غير أن توليد الطاقة اللازمة لتسيير التنمية يرتبط ويتوقف -في الواقع- على اعتبارات عدة، ومن ثم، يحاول البحث الماثل دراسة وتحليل طبيعة العلاقة بين الطاقة والتنمية عامة، والبشرية خاصة، إلى جانب تعرضه لعمليات توليد الطاقة وتحديد أثرها في استدامة التنمية. أما فيما يتعلق بالحالة المصرية فيحاول تحديد أبعاد أزمة الطاقة في مصر، مع تحديد أبرز القيود التي تحول دون زيادة المعروض منها. فضلا عن، قياس فعالية أساليب الترشيد المتبعة، وبحث سبل تعزيز كفاءة عمليات التوليد والاستهلاك، مع تقييم خطط واستراتيجيات التحول نحو المصادر الجديدة والمتجددة. إلى جانب، تحديد أهم الإجراءات والسياسات التي يمكن اللجوء إليها لسد العجز الحالي في إمداداتها، ويلبى في الوقت ذاته الاحتياجات المستقبلية التي تتطلبها التنمية وفق مفهومها المعاصر. |f Energy is a major reason for existence and rapid development. There is no real development without driving energy. However, generating the energy needed to facilitate development is linked and depends - in fact - on several considerations. Hence, the present research attempts to study and analyze the nature of the relationship between energy and development in general, and humanity in particular, in addition to exposing it to energy generation processes and determining their impact on the sustainability of development. As for the Egyptian case, it attempts to determine the dimensions of the energy crisis in Egypt, while identifying the most prominent restrictions that prevent an increase in its supply, in addition to measuring the effectiveness of rationalization methods used, and examining ways to enhance the efficiency of generation and consumption processes, while evaluating plans and strategies for shifting towards new and renewable sources besides identifying the most important procedures and policies that can be used to fill the current deficit in supplies and at the same time meet the future needs required by development according to its contemporary concept.
