| المستخلص: | يمثل الوعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء أهمية كبيرة لطلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي للحصول على فرصة عمل بعد التخرج؛ لذا هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم برنامج إرشادي توعوي قائم على التعلم الأخضر لتنمية وعي طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم التوصل إلى قائمة بأهم وظائف المستقبل الخضراء، ثم تم إعداد محتوى لبرنامج الإرشاد التوعوي القائم على التعلم الأخضر للوعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء، وكذلك تم إعداد مقياس الوعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض أدبيات البحث والمنهج التجريبي لقياس فعالية برنامج الإرشاد التوعوي القائم على التعلم الأخضر في تنمية وعي طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء، وتم اختيار مدرستين بالتعليم الفني الصناعي بمحافظة سوهاج لتطبيق تجربة البحث، أحداهما تمثل مجموعة تجريبية أولى بإدارة البلينا التعليمية والآخر تمثل مجموعة تجريبية ثانية بإدارة المراغة التعليمية، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: -وجود تأثير لبرنامج الإرشاد التوعوي بطريقة العرض التقليدية في تنمية وعي طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء وذلك في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لدى طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الأولى لصالح التطبيق البعدي. -وجود تأثير قوي لبرنامج الإرشاد التوعوي القائم على التعلم الأخضر في تنمية وعي طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء وذلك في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لدى طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الثانية لصالح التطبيق البعدي. -بمقارنة نتائج التطبيق البعدي لطلاب المجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي استخدمت برنامج الإرشاد التوعوي القائم على التعلم الأخضر، وطلاب المجموعة التجريبية الأولى الذين استخدموا برنامج الإرشاد التوعوي بطريقة العرض التقليدية، اتضح ارتفاع مستوى الوعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء لدى طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي استخدمت برنامج الإرشاد التوعوي القائم على التعلم الأخضر على طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الأولى. ومن خلال ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج تم التوصل إلى أهم الآليات اللازمة لتنمية الوعي بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء لدى طلاب التعليم الفني الصناعي، والتي تتمثل في الآتي (تطوير البنية التحتية لمدارس التعليم الفني الصناعي - إعداد برامج الإرشاد والتوعية - تطوير المناهج وطرق التدريس - تطوير برامج التدريب بالتعليم الفني الصناعي - تطوير برامج التدريب والتنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم الفني الصناعي - تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية - متطلبات وزارية). ومن أهم التوصيات التي قدمها البحث في ضوء ما أسفرت عنه النتائج ما يلي (إعداد برامج لمساعدة الطلاب للتعرف على وظائف المستقبل الخضراء، توظيف البرامج ومواقع الإرشاد الوظيفي في الإرشاد والتوعية والتدريس والتدريب، عقد دورات وبرامج تدريبية وتوعوية بمهارات وتخصصات وظائف المستقبل الخضراء ومتطلبات الالتحاق بها، الاستفادة من المنصات الرقمية لوزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني في تزويد الطلاب ببيانات ومعلومات واضحة عن تخصصات ووظائف المستقبل الخضراء التي تحتاجها أسواق العمل، ضرورة مشاركة كافة مؤسسات سوق العمل في تدريب وإعداد برامج الإرشاد والتوعية بوظائف المستقبل الخضراء). Awareness of green future jobs is very important for ITE students to get a job opportunity after graduation; therefore, the current research aimed to provide an educational guidance program based on green learning to educate industrial technical education students about green future jobs. To achieve the objectives of the research, a list of the most important green future jobs was reached, then content was prepared for the educational guidance program based on green learning to raise awareness of green future jobs, as well as preparing a measure of awareness of green future jobs. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach in presenting the research literature and the experimental method to measure the effectiveness of the educational guidance program based on green learning in developing awareness of green future jobs among students of industrial technical education. Two schools for industrial technical education were chosen in Sohag Governorate, one of them represented a first experimental group in the Al-Balina Educational Department and the other represented a second experimental group in the Maragha Educational Department, and the research reached the following results: -There is an effect of the educational guidance program using the traditional presentation method in developing awareness of green future jobs in the pre and post application of the students of the first experimental group in favor of the post application. -There is a strong impact of the educational guidance program based on green learning in developing awareness of green future jobs in the pre and post application of the students of the second experimental group in favor of the post application. -By comparing the results of the post application for the students of the second experimental group who used the educational guidance program based on green learning and the students of the first experimental group who used the educational guidance program in the traditional way, It was clear that the level of awareness of green future jobs was high for the second experimental group that used the educational counseling program based on green learning on the students of the first experimental group. Through the results that have been reached, the researcher presents the most important mechanisms necessary to achieve awareness of green future jobs among students of industrial technical education, which are represented in the following: (Developing the infrastructure for industrial technical education schools - preparing guidance and awareness programs - developing curricula and teaching methods - developing training programs in industrial technical education - developing training and professional development programs for teachers of industrial technical education - activating community participation - ministerial requirements). Among the most important recommendations of the research in the light of the results are the following: (Preparing programs to help students choose green future jobs, employing programs and career guidance sites in guidance, awareness, teaching and training, holding training and awareness courses and programs on the skills and specializations of green future jobs and the requirements for joining them, Utilizing the digital platforms of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to provide students with clear data and information about the green specializations and future jobs that labor markets need, the necessity of the participation of all labor market institutions in training and preparing guidance and awareness programs for green future jobs). |
